Civil war battle lines being drawn as Magpul, Colt, Beretta and other gun manufacturers relocate to pro-Constitution states

Apparently Mike Adams thinks that gun manufacturers leaving their respective anti-gun states isn’t just a business decision, but it’s part of the battle lines being drawn for a civil war. Interesting take…and time will tell.

(NaturalNews) A civil war looks likely to break out in America, and it will pit gun rights advocates (people who love liberty) against gun control zealots (people who hate freedom and love tyranny). The battle lines are being drawn right now as gun manufacturers are leaving anti-Constitution states like Connecticut and Colorado and relocating to pro-Constitution states like Texas and Arizona.

Why does this matter? Because in effect, the anti-Constitution states are disarming themselves by expatriating weapons manufacturers. Thus, they are eliminating their own weapons infrastructure and leaving themselves relatively defenseless should a civil war occur.

States like Texas and Wyoming, where gun manufacturers are increasingly moving and setting up shop, are simultaneously building up a massive arms infrastructure that may ultimately spell the difference between victory and defeat in a civil war.

This is the tragic truth of the current anti-America, anti-Constitution, criminal government takeover happening in multiple states across our Republic right now: those who hate liberty are disarming themselves.

Colt moving to Texas, others likely to follow
If the majority of people in states like New York, Connecticut and Colorado wish to be disarmed slaves living as subjects to a tyrannical government, then they are also going to see more gun owners leaving those states and seeking new lives in gun-friendly states like Texas, Montana, Arizona and Idaho. I can tell you firsthand that here in Texas, we shoot big, heavy firearms on the weekend (.50 BMG), and if the local sheriff shows up, it’s only because they want some trigger time, too! (You gotta pick the right county, though. Stay away from Travis County at all costs…)

Because Texas is a state that upholds the Second Amendment rights of its citizens, Texas is already attracting both gun manufacturers and gun-friendly citizens who are relocating there. For example, firearms maker Colt is leaving Connecticut and moving to Texas, bringing valuable skills, hardware, manufacturing equipment and jobs to Texas.

Magpul industries, makers of 30-round rifle magazines, also says it’s leaving Colorado and looking for a destination more aligned with the Constitutional rights of American citizens.

Such moves are not only valuable for the Texas economy; it also means that once the Civil War is unleashed in America and the collectivist anti-American, anti-Constitution leftist gun grabbers try to force national disarmament at gunpoint, states like Texas will be cranking out Colt rifles and putting them into the hands of freedom fighters who will send as much lead down range as is necessary to reinforce the point that the Bill of Rights is not negotiable.

Texas also controls much of the national energy supply
If leftists living in treasonous states try to push their criminal agenda onto the entire nation, let ‘em figure out how to live without energy, too. Texas not only has the guns, you see… it’s also got the energy. Over one-third of America’s oil and natural gas flows through Texas-based refineries and ports. Any attempt to mess with Texas means the rest of the country won’t get its energy needs met.

Texas can defend its resources with — guess what? — citizens armed with rifles made in Texas, loaded with high-capacity magazines made in Texas, shooting bullets loaded in Texas in full alignment with the Bill of Rights that’s defended in Texas.

That’s why every time another criminal state government (like that of Connecticut) passes another unconstitutional law stripping its own citizens of the right to own firearms, I cheer when the gun manufacturers in that state announce they’re moving out. If Boulder, Colorado wants to fulfill its socialist dreams of total government tyranny, then we all welcome MagPul exiting Boulder and setting up shop in a pro-Constitution zone where the company’s many talents will be fully appreciated.

Traitorous states are disarming themselves
I love the idea that all these companies are moving out of wannabe communist cities like Boulder, or traitorous anti-Constitution states like Connecticut. Because in truth, we want the anti-Constitution states to have no weapons manufacturing infrastructure. It will make them easier to defeat in a military campaign designed to free the enslaved citizens living in those states from tyranny rule.

This fact is multiplied even further by the fact that many U.S. gun and ammo manufacturers are REFUSING to sell equipment to anti-Constitution governments, including the state government of Connecticut. The full list is posted at The Police Loophole.

It’s a huge list of weapons manufacturers and retailers, including Barrett, Midway USA, Cheaper Than Dirt, Larue Tactical, Rock River Arms, Bravo Company USA and more.

What this means is that if the traitorous, criminal federal government attempts to overrun the People with the 2 billion rounds of ammo DHS has been stockpiling, they’re going to find themselves outgunned and out-supplied by the private gun and ammo manufacturing and distribution industry which will absolutely NOT sell any equipment to the federal government.

By the way, private individuals are buying up hundreds of millions of rounds of ammo each week, vastly out-pacing DHS stockpiling. On top of that, there’s also the fact that brain-dead DHS employees are too stupid to know how to use firearms effectively in the first place. If DHS hands all their stockpiled guns to TSA agents, for example, they’re far more likely to shoot off their own toes than wage anything resembling a tactical war. They would be almost instantly out-maneuvered and out-gunned by veterans, hunters, sheriff’s deputies and privately-trained citizens.

It is important to bring all collaborators to justice
It’s going to be hilarious seeing all the governors and state representatives of the traitorous anti-gun states trying to defend themselves against armed arrest squads when they have no weapons.

I’m just curious how all these traitorous lawmakers think they’re going to defend themselves against real justice once the shooting begins. Are they so delusional that they think nobody is recording their names and votes? To be on the record voting to destroy the Second Amendment is nothing less than treason. To cast such a vote in a nation founded on armed resistance to tyranny is nothing less than suicide.

Because the anti-Constitution criminals have disarmed themselves, the pro-Constitution justice teams will be able to march right in, arrest these traitors for sedition and round them up for a mass trial where they can join their fellow traitors from Colorado, New York and California (among other states).

For the purposes of law and justice, it will be very important to make sure that all those who have actively violated the Bill of Rights be arrested, charged and brought to trial for their crimes. Historically, the typical punishment for those found guilty of acts of treason against their own nation has been the death penalty (i.e. firing squad). (I’m not calling for that, nor condoning that. I’m merely pointing out actual history.) Even further, those who have actively conspired to destroy America’s Constitution and Bill of Rights are, by the government’s own definition, “enemy combatants,” meaning they may be held and imprisoned under the rules of war.

It’s time we all began to understand that lawmakers who vote for unconstitutional gun control measures in America are, by definition, “enemy combatants” who are engaged in actual warfare against America. They have moved the nation far past the era of polite debate. These traitors now have put guns to all our heads, demanding we comply or be arrested. In New York and elsewhere, many innocent citizens have already been thrown in jail for the “crime” of exercising their constitutional rights. The war against liberty has begun, and the battle lines are being drawn as gun and ammo manufacturers relocate to states that choose to side with the Constitution rather than outright tyranny.

You would be wise to make a similar choice. If you are a person who believe in anything resembling liberty — owning a gun, growing your own food, homeschooling your children — you will be arrested and imprisoned during the civil war if you stay in the criminal anti-Constitution states.

On the other hand, those very same activities will be openly welcomed in pro-Constitution states that actually abide by the law of the land. And it is those states that will have the hardware advantage once the fighting starts.

For your convenience, here’s a list of criminal, traitorous anti-Constitution states vs. relatively pro-Constitution states: (some states are not listed because they do not neatly fit into either category)

Man Wounds 14 With Assault Rifle, Oops, Meant Assault Knife

Dylan Quick, Lone Star Community College Stabbing Suspect, Due In Court
By JUAN A. LOZANO 04/11/13 07:13 PM ET EDT

HOUSTON — A man accused of stabbing more than a dozen people at a Houston-area college told investigators that he had fantasized about cannibalism and necrophilia and about cutting off people’s faces and wearing them as masks, according to a court document made public on Thursday.

Dylan Quick

Dylan Quick also told an investigator that he had researched mass stabbings on his home computer about a week before the attack at Lone Star College in Cypress, according to a search warrant affidavit.
“He stated that he had read numerous books about mass killings and serial killers which are also located at his residence,” the affidavit said.

Quick is being held without bond on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for Tuesday’s attack that injured 14 people. Only one person remained hospitalized Thursday, and that person was listed in good condition.
Quick’s attorney, Jules Laird, said after a court hearing earlier Thursday that he was still looking into his client’s background. Laird said he didn’t think the 20-year-old had a history of mental illness. But he said Quick was on suicide watch and will stay in jail as he undergoes a psychological evaluation.

“Not every question has an answer that satisfies you or that says this is the root cause of why he did this … with a knife. We are going to see if we can reach that,” Laird said.
The affidavit released later in the day named nine items that were seized from Quick’s home, including one listed as “Hanibal Lecter Mask.” Hannibal Lecter is the cannibalistic serial killer from the 1991 movie “The Silence of the Lambs.”
Other items seized included a laptop, an animal dissection kit and several books, including ones called “Hit List” and “Hitman.” The affidavit does not say what the books are about.
Laird had described Quick as a voracious reader who had thousands of books.

The affidavit said Quick told the investigator that in preparing for the campus attack, he had sharpened various things, including a hairbrush and pencils, to use as weapons. However, authorities have said Quick used only a razor utility knife to slash at his victims on two floors of the college’s health science building. They said a scalpel was found in a backpack he was carrying when he was arrested.

Authorities have said students tackled Quick and held him down outside the building until police arrived. Texas does not permit people to carry handguns on campuses, but lawmakers are considering allowing concealed permit holders to take their weapons into college buildings and classrooms.

A Texas House panel approved such a bill Thursday, sending it to the full House. Supporters say it’s a self-defense measure that will help prevent campus shootings and assaults. Opponents argue that allowing guns into campus buildings increases the chances for violence.

Quick had been set to make his first court appearance Thursday, but Laird waived the reading of the probable cause statement so his client would not have to be in court. Quick’s next hearing is May 10. If convicted, Quick faces up to 20 years in prison.

“We just didn’t want to have a media circus at this point in time,” Laird said.

When asked about claims by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office that Quick admitted to having fantasies about stabbing people since he was 8 years old, Laird said, “They’ve got a statement from him, but that’s not the whole story.”

“There are other things that I need to find out about and then we will provide the whole story to the public so that they can understand what happened,” he said.

Laird said Quick had been home-schooled for most of his life and that he had been enrolled at Lone Star in part so he could be around other people and “get some type of feel for what the rest of the world is like as opposed to just living at home … and being home-schooled by his mother.”

Laird said Quick’s parents hadn’t had any major problems with their son, though he did apparently go missing for a few days in January 2011.

Quick’s parents had contacted Texas EquuSearch, a private Houston-area group that searches for missing people, after getting a text message from their son saying “he was leaving because he might possibly harm himself,” said Frank Black, a case adviser with the organization.

Black said he and others with his group were set to begin a search for Quick when his parents contacted them three days after the initial report, saying they had found their son and he was safe.

Quick had apparently been staying on the Lone Star college campus and some security guards had given him food and a tent to sleep in, Black said.

Laird said Quick’s parents are devastated by the accusations made against their son.

Quick’s mother is “the person that knows him more than anybody else in the world. And so, what she knows of him does not fit with what happened (Tuesday). She loves him dearly and his dad loves him dearly. And both of them do not understand what happened,” he said.

Spring Break debauchery on South Padre Island

Spring break is a recess in early spring at universities and schools in various countries around the world. In the United States, Spring Break at the college and university level can occur from March to April, depending on term dates and holidays such as Easter.

US college students’ favorite spring break destinations include Fort Lauderdale, Daytona Beach, Panama City Beach, Palm Springs in California, and South Padre Island in Texas. The latter, Padre for short, was recently voted the second most trashy Spring Break destination by Code Magazine (Las Vegas was first).

If your “kids” went to South Padre Island for his/her spring break, now you know just went on. No doubt spring break in other popular locales was/is no less decadent.

Daniel Bates reports from South Padre Island for the UK’s Daily Mail, March 18, 2013, on the “non-stop orgy of drinking and partying” of 60,000 college students gone wild.

For days on end the students assembled at the notorious Coca-Cola beach for sun, sand, sea and no parents in sight at what the Travel Channel called ‘the biggest beach party on the planet’. The carnage got so bad that it needed a 32-bed mobile hospital to deal with the wreckage.

In one day alone, there there were more than 60 casualties including at least 15 people who had taken drugs. Among them was a girl of 19 who ‘freaked out’ while on Ecstasy. Dozens more, many of whom were underage, had drunk too much and either passed out or collapsed in the arms of medics.

The mood could be summed up by the T-shirts on sale in the stores, all of which were in garish neon capitals. They ranged from: “You only live once”, to the partygoers’ manifesto: “Alcohol and Molly (another word for ecstasy) and party and sluts.” Another bestseller reads: “Don’t tell your madre what happened in Padre.”

A picture is worth a thousand words. The following pictures of Spring Break in South Padre Island show the debauchery that went on.

Sodom and Gomorrah redux.

Springbreak1

A partygoer boy drinks beer off the chest of a girl as others look on.

Spring Break2

A severely intoxicated girl is helped by police and a male friend after too much partying during spring break. One medic said the scene inside the medical tent is worse than what he saw in Iraq.

Spring Break4 Clubs stay open till 2 a.m., making for a full day of partying which can lead to this scene of two girls kiss as one man holds one of them in mid-air as others look on.

Spring Break5Two girls make out during a day at the beach as two men excitedly look on. Women are repeatedly encouraged to take off their tops for beads by men at the beach.

The next 3 pictures are of young women voluntarily taking their tops off and having their breasts groped by the surrounding young males:

Padre1Padre2Padre3

The Daily Mail reporter said what shocked him the most was the attitude of the authorities, “who seem compromised by the huge amount of money that the partying brings to the local economy” — a reported $20 million.

Coca-Cola beach sits in front of the Isla Grand Hotel on what should be a picturesque part of the Texas coast on the border with Mexico. Instead it is littered with rubbish including thousands of discarded beer cans which are collected at the end of each day by Mexican immigrants (they get 65 cents a pound for the recycling).

Makes one proud to be an American and proud of the next generation. [Snark]

Chris Kyle, Best Navy Seal Sniper/ Retired, Killed helping others with PTSD

Chris Kyle

I had seen this guy on “Sons Of Guns” TV show. What a gentle giant. Credited with 150 enemy kills. Godspeed Chris.  Here’s a blurb from show:

Man charged in fatal shooting of ex-SEAL/author

Associated Press – 31 mins ago

GLEN ROSE, Texas (AP) — A 25-year-old man was charged with murder in connection with a shooting at a central Texas gun range that killed former Navy SEAL and “American Sniper” author Chris Kyle and his friend, the Texas Department of Public Safety said Sunday.

Sgt. Lonny Haschel said in a news release that 25-year-old Eddie Ray Routh of Lancaster was arraigned Saturday evening on two counts of capital murder. Officer Kyle Roberts at the Erath County Jail said Routh arrived there Sunday morning and is being held on a combined $3 million bond. Roberts did not have information on whether Routh had a lawyer.

Haschel said Erath County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about a shooting at the Rough Creek Lodge, west of Glen Rose, at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Police found the bodies of Kyle, 38, and Chad Littlefield, 35, at the shooting range about 50 miles southwest of Fort Worth. Erath County Sheriff Tommy Bryant said he did not know where Kyle and Littlefield were hit because he had not yet received the medical examiner’s report.

Kyle and Littlefield had taken Routh to the range, said Travis Cox, the director of a nonprofit Kyle helped found. Littlefield was Kyle’s neighbor and “workout buddy,” Cox told The Associated Press on Sunday morning.

“What I know is Chris and a gentleman — great guy, I knew him well, Chad Littlefield — took a veteran out shooting who was struggling with PTSD to try to assist him, try to help him, try to, you know, give him a helping hand and he turned the gun on both of them, killing them,” Cox said.

Police said Routh opened fire on Kyle and Littlefield around 3:30 p.m. Saturday, and then fled in a Ford pickup truck, which Bryant said was Kyle’s truck. At about 8 p.m., Routh arrived at his home in Lancaster, about 17 miles southeast of Dallas. Police arrested him after a brief pursuit and took him to the Lancaster Police Department.

The motive for the shooting was unclear. A knock on the door at Routh’s last known address went unanswered Sunday. A for-sale sign was in front of the cream-colored wood-framed home.

Kyle, a decorated veteran, wrote the best-selling book, “American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History,” detailing his 150-plus kills of insurgents from 1999 to 2009. Kyle said in his book that Iraqi insurgents had put a bounty on his head. According to promotional information from book publisher William Morrow, Kyle deployed to Iraq four times.

Kyle’s nonprofit, FITCO Cares, provides at-home fitness equipment for emotionally and physically wounded veterans.

“Chris was literally the type of guy if you were a veteran and needed help he’d help you,” Cox said. “And from my understanding that’s what happened here. I don’t know how he came in contact with this gentleman, but I do know that it was not through the foundation.”

Cox described Littlefield as a gentle, kind-hearted man who often called or emailed him with ideas for events or fundraisers to help veterans.

“It was just two great guys with Chad and Chris trying to help out a veteran in need and making time out of their day to help him. And to give him a hand. And unfortunately this thing happened,” Cox said.

Craft International, Kyle’s security training company, had scheduled a $2,950-per-person civilian training event at Rough Creek Lodge called the “Rough Creek Shoot Out!” for March 1-3. The price included lodging, meals and shooting instruction. Kyle was scheduled to teach the first class, called “precision rifle.”

Kyle is survived by his wife, Taya, and their two children, Cox said.

Court: Texas can cut off Planned Parenthood funds

Chron.com: A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that Texas can cut off funding for Planned Parenthood clinics that provide health abortion services to low-income women before a trial over a new law that bans state money from going to organizations tied to abortion providers.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans lifted a federal judge’s temporary injunction calling for the funding to continue pending an October trial on Planned Parenthood’s challenge to the law.

Texas officials sought to cut off funding to Planned Parenthood clinics that provide family planning and health abortion services to poor women after the state’s Republican-led Legislature passed a law banning funds to organizations linked to abortion providers. No state money goes to pay for abortions.

Planned Parenthood sued, saying the law violates its free speech rights. The Texas attorney general argued lawmakers may decide which organizations receive state funds.  The judge in Austin recently ruled that the funding should continue pending the trial on Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit, saying there’s sufficient evidence the state’s law is unconstitutional.

The appeals court’s decision comes as conservative groups across the nation try to pass and enforce laws to put Planned Parenthood (federally funded abortions) out of business and make getting an (federally funded) abortion more difficult. Earlier this year the same court upheld a new Texas law requiring doctors to perform a sonogram and provide women with a detailed description of the fetus before carrying out an abortion. (Oh the horror!)

The latest battle involves the Texas Women’s Health Care Program, which is designed to provide services to women who might not otherwise qualify for Medicaid. The state paid for roughly $5 million for the program with the federal government paying $35 million.

The federal Commission on Medicare and Medicaid Services, however, warned Texas against banning groups from the program based on their political activities and the federal government cut funding. Gov. Rick Perry has promised the state will pick up the extra cost.

———————————————————————————————

This article is just a little extreme – there are plenty of places where poor (rich, young, ugly, middle-income, etc.) women can receive care at the expense of local and state agencies and charitable organizations.  It’s not like Planned Parenthood is the ONLY facility available to poor women.

If liberals want to support this baby killer organization so much, COUGH UP YOUR OWN money.  I’m sick of my federal tax dollars supporting the killing of innocent babies, especially when done based on the sex of the baby.

Skippy cuts back on border patrol, of course…

Obama administration to close nine border patrol stations in four states

ExaminerThe Obama administration is set to close nine Border Patrol stations in four states, Fox News reported Tuesday.  The move has caused alarm from law enforcement officers, members of Congress and Border Patrol agents.

Critics say the closures will hurt efforts to intercept drug and human traffickers in well-traveled corridors north of the border with Mexico.

Six of the stations are in Texas, with one each in Montana, Idaho and California.  The Texas stations are located in Lubbock, Amarillo, Dallas, San Angelo, Abilene and San Antonio.  The other three are in Billings, Idaho Falls and Riverside, California.

While the stations are not close to the border, they still see plenty of action.  According to Fox, the Amarillo station is “right in the middle of the I-40 corridor,” while the Riverside station is outside Los Angeles.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency says the move is designed to get agents closer to the border where they are needed, but Fox says that “at least one Border Patrol supervisor in Texas” wants local law enforcement officials to make their concerns known.

It could impact us tremendously since we’ve only got two agents up here now for 26 counties,” Potter County Sheriff Brian Thomas said.  The Amarillo station is located in Potter County and Sheriff Thomas says the area is a major “corridor” for illegal immigrants.  “I can’t hold a carload of people out there on I-40 for eight hours while somebody comes from El Paso,” he told Fox News. “I mean, that’s just crazy.”

Fox added:

Border Patrol’s resident agent in charge in Amarillo expressed similar worries, in a recent memo to local law enforcement alerting them to the planned closure. The official, Robert Green, warned that the “entire complement” of two agents would be reassigned from Amarillo to somewhere closer to the border. He said “there is no active plan” right now for Immigration and Customs Enforcement to fill the void on assisting local officials with stops.

Lawmakers, after hearing from local law enforcement authorities, have asked the Agency to reconsider the plan.

Critics also say the move is part of the Obama administration’s soft stand on immigration enforcement.  “It’s part of the systematic dismantling of both border and interior enforcement,” said Bob Dane, communications director with the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).

Recently, the administration announced that it would stop deporting certain young illegal immigrants, and suspended existing agreements with Arizona over enforcement of federal immigration laws after the Supreme Court upheld a key provision in that state’s new immigration law.

In February, the administration named the first official taxpayer-funded public advocate for illegal immigrants, a position GOP lawmakers called “an official mouthpiece for illegal immigrants being deported.”

“The Department of Homeland Security hasn’t demonstrated that sending additional resources to the border will be a more efficient use of resources than maintaining a presence further north,” said Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-TX). “I’d like to see numbers that reassure me that this strategy change won’t ultimately result in fewer arrests.”

According to CNN, the closures will save the government $1.3 million a year.

Maybe Skippy plans to use that savings to foot another expensive, tax-payer funded vacation for Moochelle.

A Few Good Men

This was sent to my friend, Kelleigh, by a Marine veteran, Cpl. Bill, in Port Arthur, Texas

At the Golden Triangle Veterans Memorial park on Hwy 87 in Port Arthur , Texas on Monday May 28th (Memorial Day) 2012. My wife and I arrived at 2pm as the band began to play and the service started at 2:30pm.

When we got there the pavilion was full but we were able to squeeze into the back left hand corner under the roof in the shade.

While the program was going on I was listening to a friend of mine, retired Colonel Chris Lamson, with 25 years active duty in the Marines and I looked over my right shoulder and noticed the old veteran setting on the wall. His wife had been holding the umbrella over his head and laid it down to stand up where she could see the speaker and hear what was being said.

When I turned to look the second time I noticed the Marine had stepped forward, picked up the umbrella and was holding it over the older gentleman.

You can tell by the shadow that only the left shoulder and arm of the Marine was in the shade. Notice his right hand behind his back standing at parade rest in full dress blues.

Not once did he flinch. The temperature forecast that day was predicted to be 90 degrees or more in the shade.

In Southeast Texas the humidity can also match the temperature.

If you have ever worn a set of dress blues you would understand how hot they are.

He stood there until the service was over. When it was over I walked up to him and said ” Thank you for such a kind act for the old veteran” He just looked at me and nodded as if to say, “it was my duty”.

As I walked away with a tear in my eye and my heart swelling it made me proud to know that the old traditions are still carried on.

It was 57 years ago this summer that I joined the Marines.
