Would you rather eat Ramen noodles or be killed?

Before you read further, please take this poll:

It’s not a joke poll.

I assume that all of you, if you are sane, opted for (1) instead of (2).

Except if you are black.

Yes, black Americans would rather be dead than eat Ramen noodle!

Gwen_Moore,_official_109th_Congress_photoRep. Gwen Moore and the dreaded Ramen noodle

That’s according to black Congresswoman Gwen Moore (D-Wisconsin). In a speech in 2011 during Congressional hearings to defund the abortion mill Planned Parenthood, pretending to speak for all black Americans, Rep. Moore said this:

“I just want to tell you what it’s like not to have Planned Parenthood … You have to give your kids Ramen noodles at the end of the month to fill up their little bellies so they won’t cry. You have to give them mayonnaise sandwiches. They get very few fruits and vegetables, because they’re expensive.”

Yes, the congresswoman said it’d be better for black babies to be killed — to be suctioned out, scraped, chemically poisoned, suffocated to death or, if Obama has his way, left to die if they managed to survive a botched late-term abortion — than for them to be born and have to eat Ramen noodles at the end of each month because their single moms have run out of welfare cash by then.

Black lives are so cheap and meaningless, even Ramen noodles have more value.

See and hear it for yourself (pay attention esp. beginning at the 2:05 mark):

61-year-old Gwen Moore has been “serving” Wisconsin’s 4th congressional district for seven years, since 2005. Before that she had “served” in Wisconsin’s state legislature (assembly and senate) for 16 years.

Black women in the U.S. are three times more likely to abort their children. In 2004, the rates of abortion by ethnicity in the U.S. were 50 abortions per 1,000 black women, 28 abortions per 1,000 Hispanic women, and 11 abortions per 1,000 white women.

Rush Limbaugh is right. Roe v. Wade had “made us insensitive to killing.”

Planned Parenthood Doctor Spilled the Beans in 1969

A previous article, The Janitor, the Rockefellers & the 40 Year Plan ,discussed how the Rockefeller Foundation financed the Land Use/Population Control  program described in  “Man and His Activities Relating to the Environment,” published by Oregon State University in 1979 evolved into Agenda 21.

This riveting video reveals The Plan for a New World-Wide System  was so embedded in 1969 that an insider, an eminment medical professor who had served as Medical Director for Planned Parenthood felt safe to reveal it to an audience of doctors.

Some good news for unborn babies

Six abortion workers quit during last 40 Days for Life campaign

LifeSiteNews: In an e-mail to supporters, 40 Days for Life Campaign Director Shawn Carney revealed that six abortion workers quit their jobs during the most recent 40 Days for Life campaign. Carney said that this is in addition to the 789 babies saved from abortion during the campaign, that 40 Days organizers know of.

During a 40 Days for Life webcast Monday, former Planned Parenthood clinic director Abby Johnson told listeners that Planned Parenthood is “terrified” of the fact that so many of their staff are leaving. “We know just from the workers that have left there is definitely a heightened sense of paranoia inside the abortion clinics,” said Johnson. “They don’t feel like they can trust any of their workers. You know what? They can’t. Because it’s a constant fear, oh gosh, are they talking to people with 40 Days for Life?”

Abby runs a charity, And Then There Were None, that provides material and spiritual support to abortion workers as they transition into a new line of work. She pointed out that many of these former workers have since gone on to take steps to fight the injustices in the abortion industry.

“Currently there are four pending lawsuits out against Planned Parenthood that would total billions and billions of dollars that these affiliates would be required to pay back to federal and state government. Because all of these cases, one thing that we have in common is that we are all accusing Planned Parenthood of Medicaid fraud … there are huge implications if these lawsuits are successful,” she said.

Abby also hinted at the possibility that the number of lives saved from abortion during the 40 Days for Life campaigns is actually much higher than pro-lifers will ever know. “I remember the last Planned Parenthood conference that I went to before I quit. We were actually talking about the 40 Days for Life. Planned Parenthood was saying that their no-show rates go up as high as 75 percent when people are simply standing and praying outside of abortion clinics,” she said.

Carney concluded his message to supporters saying: “Bottom line: God is making a profound, life-saving difference … through YOU!”

Awesome, 789 babies (or more) saved from death! Amen.

Top 10 lies in the 2nd Romney-Obama debate

Joel B. Pollak of Breitbart.com has compiled the top ten worst lies told during the Second Debate — by Obama, a female questioner, and moderator Candy Crowley:

10. Obama: “I told you I would cut taxes for middle-class families, and I did. I told you I’d cut taxes for small businesses, and I have.” President Barack Obama has made this claim repeatedly during the campaign, but it is not true, as even the liberal Huffington Post acknowledges. The few tax cuts that Obama did enact–such as the temporary payroll tax holiday–were short-term, or conditional. Furthermore, as the Romney campaign has often pointed out, Obama has raised many taxes on the middle class, including the infamous Obamacare “penalty,” and his taxes on “millionaires and billionaires” would hit small businesess.

9. Obama: “…[H]e was asked, is it fair for somebody like you, making $20 million a year, to pay a lower tax rate than a nurse or a bus driver….And he said, yes, I think that’s fair.” Obama was referring to Romney’s recent 60 Minutes interview. But the transcript reveals Obama was not telling the truth. Romney was not saying it was fair that higher income should be taxed at a lower rate. He was referring specifically to the principle that capital gains should be taxed lower than other income because it has been taxed once already–a principle, incidentally, that Obama agrees with in his own tax policy.

8. Obama: “He called the Arizona law a model for the nation.” Obama tried to knock Romney’s immigration policy while at the same time accusing him of flip-flopping on the issue. But as Romney pointed out, he was referring specifically to the e-Verify part of the law–the requirement of instant verification of workers’ legal status. That provision is even favored by unions. Obama made it seem Romney praised the law as a whole–which he had not. He went on to say that he himself objected to the provision that allowed police to check suspected illegal immigrants’ documentation–but that provision survived a challenge at the Supreme Court.

7. Obama: “I want to make sure our timekeepers are working here.” For the third debate in a row, the Democratic candidate complained that he was not receiving as much time to speak as the Republican. And for the third debate in a row, the Obama/Biden ticket actually spoke for longer–much longer–than the Romney/Ryan ticket, a testament to the ability of the incumbents to pressure the moderators, and the susceptibility of the left-leaning moderators to such pressure. Obama received a full three minutes more time in last night’s debate–and the percentage difference was even higher at one point in the proceedings.

6. Obama: “They rely on it for mammograms.” Obama attacked Romney’s proposal to cut off federal funding to Planned Parenthood by claiming that the organization provides mammograms to women to help prevent breast cancer. It’s been a repeated claim made by the left for months. The problem is that it’s just untrue–and even left-leaning mainstream media fact-checkers have acknowledged that. What is perhaps worse than Obama’s misleading claim about mammograms is the unsupported implication that Romney wants to deny life-saving health care to women–a cheap shot to which Romney was given no chance to respond.

5. Obama: “You can ship jobs overseas and get tax breaks for it.” We have heard the same lie for eight years from Obama. In 2004, he ran for U.S. Senate from Illinois on a promise to end such tax breaks. He did it again when he ran for President of the United States in 2008. And yet he has never done anything about it–because there are no such tax breaks. There is merely a deduction that companies can take for moving, even within the U.S.–and which helps offset the double taxation of U.S. businesses abroad, which would make American companies less competitive. Repealing it would ship jobs overseas, actually.

4. Obama: “And the production is up….What you’re saying is just not true.” Obama contested a claim by Romney that production of oil and gas is down on federal lands. He even accused Romney of not telling the truth. But Romney was right–exactly right, down to the percentage decline. Furthermore, Obama’s claim that he has been increasing oil and gas production on federal lands flies in the face of recent policy decisions, such as closing off a large part of the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska to further development. Obama has tried to take credit for expansion on private lands, while opposing expansion wherever possible.

Screenshot of Katherine Fenton from video of the women’s question segment of the debate.

3. Katherine Fenton: “In what new ways do you intend to rectify the inequalities in the workplace, specifically regarding females making only 72 percent of what their male counterparts earn?” The false premise from a member of the audience was especially egregious because her question had been selected in advance by the moderator. The supposed wage gap between men and women for the same work is largely a myth. As Diana Furchtgott-Roth pointed out: “Women make about 95 percent of what their male counterparts earn, if the male counterparts are in the same job with the same experience.”

2. Obama: “He wanted to take them into bankruptcy without providing them any way to stay open.” After Obama accused Romney of wanting American auto manufacturers to go bankrupt, Romney pointed out that Obama had, in fact, taken the auto companies through bankruptcy. Obama’s retort was to accuse Romney of wanting to take the companies bankrupt in order to put them out of business–a blatant lie. Romney actually suggested in his famous 2008 op-ed: “In a managed bankruptcy, the federal government would propel newly competitive and viable automakers, rather than seal their fate with a bailout check.”

1. Candy Crowley: “He did call it an act of terror.” The worst untruth told by a moderator in presidential history. Candy Crowley’s intervention in favor of Obama caused the president’s cheering section to burst into applause, in violation of the rules, and there was little that Romney could say in response. But she was wrong–Obama’s reference to “acts of terror” in his Sep. 12 statement was in a general, abstract sense, and came long after he had described the 9/11 attacks on U.S. diplomatic missions as demonstrations against an anti-Islamic video. Even Crowley seemed to realize what she had done: it wasn’t long before she walked back her own comment.

For more on Crowley’s lie, see Terry’s post HERE.

Women speakers at RNC vs. DNC: Compare & contrast

Here are the female speakers at the just completed 2012 Republican National Convention:

  • Mary Fallin: Governor of Oklahoma, the first woman elected to that position in OK. Previously served as a member of the House of Representatives from the state.
  • Nikki Haley: Governor of South Carolina, the first female to serve in that position in her state, and at age 40 is the youngest sitting governor in the United States.
  • Ludmya “Mia” Bourdeau Love: Mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah, and the 2012 Republican Party nominee for the U.S. House of Representatives in Utah’s 4th congressional district.
  • Susana Martinez: Governor of New Mexico, the first female to serve in that position in that state and the first female Hispanic governor in the United States. She is a former prosecutor.
  • Condoleezza Rice: Former secretary of state in the George W. Bush administration, the first African-American female to hold the position.

Here’s the list of women speakers at next week’s 2012 Democratic National Conventions (h/t Dr. Kevin “Coach” Collins, The Western Center for Journalism):

  • Tammy Baldwin: an open lesbian recently separated from her gay partner.
  • Veterans Affairs Tammy Duckworth, endorsed by NARAL (National Abortion Rights Action League) Pro-Choice America and EMILY’S List, a political action committee (PAC) that aims to help elect pro-abort Democratic female candidates to office.
  • Sandra Fluke: A 3rd-year law student and Democratic Party and “women’s rights” activist who, despite being 30 years old, thinks taxpayers should pay for the condoms for her sex romps which, according to her estimate, amount to $3,000 over 3 years.
  • Nancy Keenan, President of NARAL Pro-Choice America: once a Special Education teacher caring for America’s most vulnerable children who now supports killing special needs children before they are born.
  • Lilly Ledbetter: the plaintiff in the employment discrimination case Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and a women’s equality activist. No doubt she will remind the DNC that women on Barack Obama’s White House staff are paid 18% less than men in violation of the law named after her. [Snark]
  • Caroline Kennedy: who has spent her whole life silently smiling while the men in her family have cheated on their woman, including her own mother. Despite her seller’s remorse about the POS, whom she likened to her father in 2008, as a loyal Democrat, in the words of Edward Klein (author of the bestseller, The Amateur), “she has nowhere to go, no one else to possibly support except Obama” and “the Obamas know that she has nowhere else to go, so they see no point in being nice to her.”
  • Eva Longoria: best known for using her acting talents to celebrate adultery on the now-cancelled ABC show “Desperate Housewives”.
  • Cecile Richards: the president of Planned Parenthood, the abortion mill to which Obama funneled $500 million of American taxpayers’ hard-earned money last year. PP will launch a bus across America to campaign for the POS.
  • Kamala Harris: the 100% NARAL-rated California Attorney General.
  • Elizabeth Warren: Massachusetts senatorial candidate who actually coined the expression borrowed by the POS, “You didn’t build that”, telling small business people they can’t succeed without government.

Every one of the DNC’s female speakers is stridently pro-abortion.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), since 1973, roughly 50 million legal induced abortions have been performed in the United States. World wide, there have been over 1,260,000,000 abortions performed. I can’t find statistics on the gender of aborted babies, but given the phenomenon of gender selectivity, it is reasonable to assume that females make up at least half of the abortions in the U.S., totaling at least 25 MILLION since 1973.

Abortion rates are much more common among minority women in the U.S. In 2000-2001, the rates among black and Hispanic women were 49 per 1,000 and 33 per 1,000, respectively, vs. 13 per 1,000 among non-Hispanic white women. [Source: Wikipedia]

That’s the real War On Women that Obama and the Democrats won’t tell you about.

Planned Abortionhood pimps for the POS

A group that got half a billion dollars from Obama is now campaigning for his reelection. Conflict of interest, anyone?

Cecile Richards (l); POS (r)

Steven Aden of the Alliance Defending Freedom reports, August 24, 2012, that in just one year alone (2011), the Obama administration has funneled nearly half a billion of taxpayers’ hard-earned dollars to the abortion mill Planned Parenthood (PP). Now, the abortion mill’s president Cecile Richards is repaying the favor by organizing a PP  bus tour in support of the POS’s re-election campaign.

Richards says that Mitt Romney’s plan to protect innocent life by defunding the abortion giant PP is simply unacceptable: “Through this unprecedented bus tour, voters will hear directly from women in their own communities who would be hurt by policies that politicians like Mitt Romney support.”

To read Aden’s full article, click here.

By “women being hurt,” Cecile Richards must be referring to 24-year-old Tonya Reaves, who bled to death after a botched second-trimester abortion at Planned Parenthood in July. Reaves’ mother has filed suit against Planned Parenthood of Illinois for negligence.

Tonya Reaves

The daughter of former Democratic Texas Governor Ann Richards, Cecile Richards is a Democratic Party activist. Before joining Planned Parenthood, Richards served as deputy chief of staff for House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi. Like the POS for whom she’s pimping, Richards began her political career as a “community organizer,” “organizing” low-wage workers in the hotel, health care, and janitorial industries throughout California, Louisiana, and Texas.

Score one for the unborn!

Court: Texas can cut off Planned Parenthood funds

Chron.com: A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that Texas can cut off funding for Planned Parenthood clinics that provide health abortion services to low-income women before a trial over a new law that bans state money from going to organizations tied to abortion providers.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans lifted a federal judge’s temporary injunction calling for the funding to continue pending an October trial on Planned Parenthood’s challenge to the law.

Texas officials sought to cut off funding to Planned Parenthood clinics that provide family planning and health abortion services to poor women after the state’s Republican-led Legislature passed a law banning funds to organizations linked to abortion providers. No state money goes to pay for abortions.

Planned Parenthood sued, saying the law violates its free speech rights. The Texas attorney general argued lawmakers may decide which organizations receive state funds.  The judge in Austin recently ruled that the funding should continue pending the trial on Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit, saying there’s sufficient evidence the state’s law is unconstitutional.

The appeals court’s decision comes as conservative groups across the nation try to pass and enforce laws to put Planned Parenthood (federally funded abortions) out of business and make getting an (federally funded) abortion more difficult. Earlier this year the same court upheld a new Texas law requiring doctors to perform a sonogram and provide women with a detailed description of the fetus before carrying out an abortion. (Oh the horror!)

The latest battle involves the Texas Women’s Health Care Program, which is designed to provide services to women who might not otherwise qualify for Medicaid. The state paid for roughly $5 million for the program with the federal government paying $35 million.

The federal Commission on Medicare and Medicaid Services, however, warned Texas against banning groups from the program based on their political activities and the federal government cut funding. Gov. Rick Perry has promised the state will pick up the extra cost.

———————————————————————————————

This article is just a little extreme – there are plenty of places where poor (rich, young, ugly, middle-income, etc.) women can receive care at the expense of local and state agencies and charitable organizations.  It’s not like Planned Parenthood is the ONLY facility available to poor women.

If liberals want to support this baby killer organization so much, COUGH UP YOUR OWN money.  I’m sick of my federal tax dollars supporting the killing of innocent babies, especially when done based on the sex of the baby.

‘Ugly Black Babies’

As someone that considers children to be a gift from God, this is one of the most repulsive things I have ever read:

Via weeklystandard.com:

This week, we learn that in the real world, some abortion doctors are men like Charlotte, N.C.’s Dr. Ashutosh Virmani, who when surprised on July 26 by polite pro-life activists at his doorstep shouted that they should “adopt one of those ugly black babies” to save the taxpayers money.

“I, as a taxpayer, do not wish to pay for those babies to be born and brought up and kill those people in Colorado,” Virmani said, referring to the Aurora, Colo., theater killer, who was a college-educated white man.

Virmani has been a donor to Democrat candidates and causes, although not (unsurprisingly!) to President Obama.

According to OpenSecrets, Virmani donated $200 to the DNC in December. A Democratic National Committee spokesman did not immediately reply to a question asking whether the organization will return Virmani’s donation.

You may click here for the associated video – if you can stomach it.

Margaret Sanger may be dead, but her disgusting legacy lives on, mostly supported by a political philosophy whose adherents routinely refer to us conservatives as “racists.”

I am sorry, but it does not get any more racist than genocide.

Liberalism is not just a mental disorder – it is a cancer rapidly eradicating humanity at all levels.

Planned Parenthood botches abortion, woman dies

Tonya Reaves

Planned Parenthood Waited Five Hours Before Sending Abortion Victim to ER

LifeNews: New documents a local CBS television station obtained in the case of a young African-American woman killed in a fatal botched legal abortion show Planned Parenthood waited over five hours before sending the woman to a local hospital for emergency care.

Steve Miller of the CBS news affiliate WBBM has released a new report showing documents released in the botched abortion death of Tonya Reaves that alarmingly shows Planned Parenthood delayed summoning emergency care for the dying woman for five and a half hours after the abortion failed.

At 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Reaves received a second-trimester dilation and evacuation (D&E) abortion at Planned Parenthood, located at 18 S. Michigan Ave. in Chicago. Following the abortion, Reaves began bleeding heavily and it continued at Planned Parenthood for five and a half hours before a Fire Department ambulance finally took her to Northwestern Memorial Hospital at 4:30 p.m., according to Miller.

Then, once the young woman arrived at the hospital, the reports make it appear emergency personnel had to start from scratch to figure out the extent of Reaves injuries.

“Then at 5:30 p.m., doctors performed an ultrasound, and another dilation and evacuation procedure – basically, another abortion – this time at Northwestern,” Miller reports. “But after that, there were then more problems, and pain. That warranted a new ultrasound, and a perforation was discovered. At 10:12 p.m., Reaves was taken back to surgery – and “an uncontrollable bleed was discovered,” documents say.”

Responding to the report, Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue and Pro-Life Nation, said, “It is clear that Planned Parenthood botched the procedure that resulted in uncontrolled bleeding then failed to treat the hemorrhage while Reaves was at their clinic, allowing her to bleed for over five hours before finally calling for help.”

“There can be no doubt that this delay contributed to her death,” Newman argues. “The injury and the untreated hemorrhage happened at Planned Parenthood and they are solely responsible for it.”

Newman, in a press statement to LifeNews, quotes Dr. James C. Anderson, M.D., a 30-year veteran emergency room doctor who said abortion clinics never informed him about their patients’ conditions.

“I have always had to evaluate the situation, come to my own conclusions, and initiate what I thought was appropriate treatment. This definitely created some time delays that were not in the patient’s best interest,” stated Dr. Anderson. “These delays can have life-threatening implications when dealing with hemorrhage or infection.”

Newman says the lack of information proved fatal for Tonya Reaves.  “Planned Parenthood butchered Tonya Reaves, delayed her access to emergency care, then left the emergency room doctors to figure out what happened to her. By the time they discovered the true extent of her injuries, it was too late to save her life,” said Newman. “Planned Parenthood is trying to minimize their responsibility for Reaves completely avoidable death that appears to have resulted from a combination of their negligence, delay – possibly for the purpose of cover-up – and lack of communication with emergency providers. That abortion clinic is dangerous and should be closed. The abortionist should not be allowed to continue to inflict harm on women and should have his medical license revoked.”

Newman concluded: “We again call on President Obama to stop protecting Planned Parenthood and halt all Federal funding to the abortion giant in order to prevent other women from suffering Tonya Reaves’ fate.”

Reaves family has obtained an attorney who is looking into a potential civil lawsuit against Planned Parenthood on the family’s behalf.

I wrote about more botched abortions - one performed in Iowa by the Grim Reaper, Dtr. Abortionist Nicola Moore.  Another performed by the Stockton Pregnancy Control Medical Clinic Abortion facility. War on women indeed.
