Report: IRS denied tax-exempt status to pro-lifers on behalf of Planned Parenthood

IRS officials refused to grant tax exempt status to two pro-life organizations because of their position on the abortion issue, according to a non-profit law firm, which said that one group was pressured not to protest a pro-choice organization that endorsed President Obama during the last election.

“In one case, the IRS withheld approval of an application for tax exempt status for Coalition for Life of Iowa. In a phone call to Coalition for Life of Iowa leaders on June 6, 2009, the IRS agent ‘Ms. Richards’ told the group to send a letter to the IRS with the entire board’s signatures stating that, under perjury of the law, they do not picket/protest or organize groups to picket or protest outside of Planned Parenthood,” the Thomas More Society announced today. “Once the IRS received this letter, their application would be approved.”

Planned Parenthood endorsed Obama in 2008 and 2012.

The IRS also pressured another pro-life group about its religious activities. “The IRS withheld approval of an application for charitable tax-exempt recognition of Christian Voices for Life, questioning the group’s involvement with ’40 Days for Life’ and ‘Life Chain’ events,” according to the law firm. “The Fort Bend County, Texas, organization was subjected to repeated and lengthy unconstitutional requests for information about the viewpoint and content of its educational communications, volunteer prayer vigils, and other protected activities.”

The IRS admitted last week to that some members of the agency targeted Tea Party groups for discriminatory reviews of their applications for tax-exempt status. The Justice Department has initiated a criminal investigation into the matter.

just thinking out loud, but that DOESN’T seem fair.

MORE HORROR: BABIES’ HEADS ‘TWISTED OFF NECK’

Gosnell, the sequel:
Clinic workers describe atrocious deaths

Published: 16 hours ago – BOB UNRUH

Editor’s Note: The graphic descriptions and images here may be upsetting to readers.

Pro-abortion activists had suggested that with the first-degree murder conviction of Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell, reporting on atrocities such as his penchant for cutting the spinal cords of babies to kill them would be over.

After all, Gosnell was a renegade, an anomaly, and rightly convicted of murder, touted even the National Abortion Rights Action League.

But wait.

What about the new video released today by the Texas-based Life Dynamics, which reveals three women who used to work for a still-unidentified abortion clinic explaining the methods of death there:

Twisting the baby’s head off his neck.

Shoving a surgical instrument into the vulnerable baby’s brain through the skull.

Washington State Senate to Vote on Abortion Insurance Mandate

Washington state weighs first-in-the-nation abortion insurance mandate

Published March 24, 2013  / Associated Press

In 1970, Washington became the first — and remains the only — state in the country to legalize elective abortions by a popular vote.

A generation later, and 40 years removed from the landmark United States Supreme Court Roe v. Wade ruling that extended abortion access nationwide, Washington is once again poised to stand out.

With 21 states having adopted bans or severe restrictions on insurance companies from paying for abortions, Washington is alone in seriously considering legislation mandating the opposite.

The Reproductive Parity Act, as supporters call it, would require insurers in Washington state who cover maternity care — which all insurers must do — to also pay for abortions.

The bill passed the state House earlier this month by a vote of 53-43, though it faces an uncertain future in the Senate. A similar bill in the New York state Assembly has been introduced each session for over a decade but has never received a public hearing.

“This is a core value for Washingtonians,” said Melanie Smith, a lobbyist for NARAL Pro-Choice Washington. “We should protect it while we still have it and not leave access to basic health care up to an insurance company.”

The proximate cause of Washington state’s measure is the federal Affordable Care Act. Thanks to language placed in it to assuage anti-abortion congressional Democrats, insurers selling their plans on the state exchanges taking effect next year will have to segregate the premiums they collect for abortion coverage.

You will find the rest of the story here.
Monster

Monster

I hope this idiocy fails to pass, but given that it is Washington state, I have a sick feeling that it will.

I also cannot ignore the irony that Obamacare is going to pay for the murder of unborn children that will not even get a chance at productive lives, yet refuse care for the elderly, most of which have led productive lives and contributed much to this nation, simply because it is considered to be too expensive.

We have now reached the point where government bureaucrats, who have had no medical training outside of applying a band-aid and popping pills, will be deciding who among us lives or dies.

This is not really America anymore, and I cannot help but wonder just when our plug is going to be pulled for good.

Constitutional Convention Call Redux – Part 3

Several states are now passing calls for a Constitutional Convention again. The Compact for America (a nasty bunch) is pushing for a new Constitutional Convention in Dallas this July 4, 2013.

We are in extreme danger of losing our entire Constitution.

To warn us, a new member of FOTM’s team, Kelleigh, has written a sobering well-researched 4-part series about the dangers inherent in a Constitutional Convention, and about the specific dangers of the nice-sounding but oh-so-deceptive Balanced Budget Amendment.

Below is Part 3 of Kelleigh’s “Constitutional Convention Call Redux.” Go here for Part 1, and here for Part 2. Please spread the word: Tweet, email, and link this on your Facebook page!

CONSTITUTION CONVENTION CALL REDUX

Part 3

by Kelleigh Nelson

James Madison himself, father of the Constitution, warned against convening a second constitutional convention. When he learned that New York and Virginia were actively calling for an Article V convention in 1788, just months after ratification of the Constitution, he was horrified. He counseled: “If a General Convention were to take place for the avowed and sole purpose of revising the Constitution, it would naturally consider itself as having a greater latitude than the Congress…. It would consequently give greater agitation to the public mind; an election into it would be courted by the most violent partisans on both sides … [and] would no doubt contain individuals of insidious views, who, under the mask of seeking alterations popular in some parts … might have the dangerous opportunity of sapping the very foundations of the fabric….”

There are numerous organizations promoting a Constitutional Convention under the guise of a Balanced Budget Amendment.  Tom DeWeese wrote about the 10 Amendments for Freedom, Inc, chaired by William Fruth, President of POLICOM Corporation.  He covered this in his articles, “Powerful Forces Calling for a Constitutional Convention,” and “Constitutional Convention Cannot be Controlled.

Back in 1995, model resolutions for the Conference of States (COS) came from the National Council of State Legislators (NCSL), the organization that indoctrinates liberal (mostly Democratic) legislators, just as American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) does the conservatives (Republicans). The NCSL is presently backing the internet sales tax, and the rotten E-Verify.

ALEC passed a resolution supporting the COS resolution, and Republicans joined the fray. Thankfully, the 1995 attempt was defeated, again because patriots were alert. (As  an aside, the Governor of New Mexico was then Gary Johnson, Libertarian Candidate for President in the 2012 race, and he backed the COS resolution.)

The NCSL (National Conference of State Legislators), NCM (National Conference of Mayors), NGA (National Governors Association) just to name a few – are adjuncts of the Council of State Governments (CSG).  The original COS was billed as a plan by Governors Michael Leavitt of Utah and Ben Nelson of Kansas, but it became clear from a 1987 Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) and (CSG) paper that in reality the Governors were merely delivery boys for the scheme led by the Rockefeller founded Council of State Governments.  The United States ACIR was terminated in September, 1996, but nearly every state has its own ACIR.

Paul Weyrich’s ALEC, (American Legislative Exchange Council) backed the COS.  ALEC boasts nearly 3,000 conservative legislative and corporate members, and has been strongly pushing a Con-Con for decades.

The CSG is a private, international organization funded originally with Rockefeller money through the Spelman Fund (John D. Rockefeller’s wife, Laura Spelman) (see CSG’s Book of the States Volume I – 1935) and currently receives millions of dollars from states’ dues – our tax dollars. As early as 1935, the CSG had already called for gun control and the creation of 10 REGIONS for America. Today, America has 10 Federal Regions from which the federal government controls our money and therefore our states, counties, townships and municipalities. Regionalism is Communism!  The money from the block grants coming into the states is fed into the Federal Regional Planning Commissions, HUD, HEW, EPA, Departments of Labor, Commerce, DOE, etc., which in turn doles it out to our local governments in return for their “obedience” in passing whatever laws and ordinances the federal planners dictate (think Agenda 21, Smart Growth). If they do not comply, money is withheld until they do.

Here we are, eighteen years later, and they’re still at it. In this present assault on our Constitution the roles are reversed: ALEC wrote the model resolution; and the NCSL is solidly behind the scheme, as indicated by the letter that was sent to every Governor, Senate President, and House Speaker in this country by Florida Senator Jeff Atwater, from the NCSL. So, let’s take a closer look at ALEC.

American Legislative Exchange Council

The subject of ALEC deserves a three-part article alone, but for the sake of brevity, we’ll just give an overview.  ALEC was founded in 1973 by Paul Weyrich, Grand Poobah of the secretive Council for National Policy, founder of Free Congress Foundation, and the Heritage Foundation.  ALEC is a corporate bill mill. It’s not just a lobby or front group, ALEC is one of the most powerful unelected councils in the country. Link

Corporations hand to state legislators their “wish lists” of legislation to benefit their bottom lines. The membership of ALEC is 98% corporate and the corporate membership is the one that funds almost all of ALEC’s operations. They have bought their way into the process by which corporate lobbyists and special interest reps vote with elected officials to approve “model” bills. ALEC’s legislative leaders are responsible for getting the bills introduced and passed. They introduce and carry the bills in their statehouses as their own brilliant ideas. As an example, the immigration bill, SB1070, was written by ALEC and carried by Russell Pearce, word for word, to Arizona. Private prison corporations had a huge part in ALEC’s crafting of SB1070.

Richard Mellon Scaife has allegedly funded ALEC to the tune of more than 7 million dollars. One must remember that Scaife funds both sides of the aisle and is connected to Rockefeller (Chase Mellon Bank). Scaife also had a full page ad in the WSJ stating why it was so important for taxpayers to fund Planned Parenthood and what they do for American women. The danger in the ALEC organization is that its leadership apparently wants to rewrite our Constitution, and they claim a membership of 2,500 plus of our 7,500 legislators. Members of ALEC even include the Church of Scientology, which has spoken at ALEC meetings.

Sometime in the mid-1990s, the Church of Scientology became one of ALEC’s underwriters, for the apparent purpose of interacting with state lawmakers on mental health-care issues. Here’s an excerpt from a 1998 fundraising letter written by Bruce Wiseman, the president of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights International, (CCHR) a highly controversial anti-psychiatry front-group of the Church of Scientology. Wiseman writes. “ALEC is a national organization made up of legislators from every state as well as some federal legislators who meet and draft model legislation for every state. The return for that has been enormous! CCHR has worked its way up the conditions at ALEC and recently got an article published by ALEC in opposition to mandated mental-health parity, which went to key state legislators who deal with health issues in their respective states. In addition, the ALEC membership has opened the door to meeting numerous legislators and other opinion leaders from around the country.”

The legislators never disclose that corporations wrote and vetted these bills along with fellow politicians behind closed doors at ALEC meetings. So, everyone who is a member of ALEC is influencing not only state bills, but likely most federal bills as well, written by corporations with vested interests — along with lobbyists and state representatives.

ALEC is a long time supporter of a Constitutional Convention. A 43 page handbook, written by Robert G. Natelson, entitled: Proposing Constitutional Amendments by a Convention of the States,” was provided to their mostly-republican members, along with model legislation to carry back to their states. The booklet is full of spins, lies, and misdirection.  It claims the states must exercise control as given to them by the founders, that they must move quickly, that state legislatures will have complete control over the process, and will answer to the state legislatures they represent.  This is far from the truth.  As we discussed and made clear in Part 1 of this article, there is no provision in Article V empowering state legislators to choose the delegates to a Constitutional Convention or to “limit” the scope of a Con-Con. There are no rules, no regulations, and certainly no instructions.

Henry Hazlitt

hazlittHenry Hazlitt, American economist, (1894-1993), was the former economic advisor to pro-Constitutional Convention, National Taxpayer’s Union (NTU), headed by James Dale Davidson.  Davidson’s NTU was instrumental in promoting a Con-Con in the early 80s and he claimed he gave $100,000 every year to the cause.  Hazlitt was a renowned conservative, and he wrote a book which he republished in 1974 called, “A New Constitution Now.”  This book makes the argument for replacing America’s presidential system of government with a parliamentary one resembling Great Britain’s.  I thought we fought a revolutionary war to escape that form of government!

Back in 1992, when Ross Perot came on the scene, he was gung-ho for a Con-Con.  He stated emphatically that we needed a parliamentary government (same as ALEC’s founder, Paul Weyrich) and bragged that “his people” could get the remaining states needed for a Con-Con “in their sleep.”  Thank God, we found out and it was stopped.

Hazlitt’s book is extremely dangerous inasmuch as Hazlitt states things like, “an amendment could be proposed that would strike out everything after “We the people,” and that, of course, includes the Bill of Rights. He was suggesting that everything after “We the people” on down be scrapped and rewritten, which is amazing, as this document has provided more human dignity and freedom for more people than any other in recorded history.

Other suggested improvements by Hazlitt include making it easier to amend our Constitution by adopting the Swiss and Australian procedure.  Another would be to restrict Presidents to a single term. A third would be to abolish the office of Vice President.  A fourth would reconstitute the Supreme Court, with each governor appointing a justice with the approval of his state legislature.  (Think about that with these neo-conservative Trotskyite governors we have on the right, like Tennessee’s Haslam, and the full-blown communists on the left, like New York’s Cuomo.)  The neo-conservative Trotskyite rightwing loved Hazlitt and still quote him.

In the final Part 4 of this series, we’ll discuss Rexford Guy Tugwell, and the Newstates Constitution. Tugwell was a man far ahead of his time.  He deplored private property rights, declared our 1787 Constitution to be outmoded and archaic, and would have loved United Nations Agenda 21/Smart Growth/Sustainability.

In fact, in 1938 Tugwell was appointed as the first director of the New York City Planning Commission. New York’s reformist mayor, Fiorello LaGuardia, created the commission as part of a city charter reform aimed at reducing corruption and inefficiency. The Planning Commission had relatively limited powers – all actions needed approval from the legislative Board of Estimate. Rexford Tugwell tried to assert the commission’s power. He tried to retroactively enforce nonconforming land uses, despite a lack of public or legal support. His commission sought to establish public housing at moderate densities, yet repeatedly approved FHA requests for greater density. Robert Moses killed Tugwell’s proposed fifty-year master plan with a fiery public denouncement of its open space protections.  Link

Tugwell’s book, The Emerging Constitution,” makes it clear where he stood.  He states on page 593, “The other considerable change (to the Constitution) is the consolidation of states into fewer, and it is hoped, more effective regional groupings, thus at last organizing as one system rather than a confused fifty.”

Also on page 593 is this statement about the proposed Newstates constitution, “It will be noticed that the general emphasis on the protection of individuals from the exercise of governmental powers has been supplemented with a list of responsibilities.”

Killing Us Softly – Part 7

Here is the last segment, Part 7, of Kelleigh Nelson’s outstanding series of articles on ObamaCare and the Death Culture inherent in the godless Brave New World of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development. If you value the sanctity of life from conception to natural death, this series will have you in tears. Please share on Facebook and other social media. It could save lives!

FOTM is grateful for Kelleigh’s permission to re-publish this important series. Here are the preceding segments:

KILLING US SOFTLY

Part 7

by Kelleigh Nelson

H.G. Wells in Anticipations (1901), described the coming “world state” where there would be “the merciful obliteration of “weak and silly and pointless” people.

In Robert Hugh Benson’s, Lord of the World (1907), he said there would be Ministers of Euthanasia (like Jack Kevorkian) in 1998 under American Socialism.  (a few years later, but I believe we’re there)

Policymakers

Ezekiel Emanuel, MD, who our President appointed Health Advisor, promotes the “Complete Lives System” that is being implemented to ration care. (Dr. Emanuel makes a clear choice: “When implemented, the “complete lives system” produces a priority curve on which individuals aged roughly 15 and 40 years get the most substantial chance, whereas the youngest and oldest people get changes that are attenuated.”)

Donald Berwick, who our President appointed administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, is a strong proponent of “Comparative Effectiveness Research” which will also be used to ration care. (In the United Kingdom, rather than focusing on the individual needs of patients, the National Health Service (NHS) uses comparative and cost-effectiveness information to limit options as a budgetary tool.)  There is little doubt the same will happen in the US.

Under the new law, “Accountable Care Organizations” are set up which will force very aggressive rationing practices by medical groups. (The health-care law calls for paying providers for the services they use and for rewarding them for any savings, initially in the Medicare program.)

Cass Sunstein, who our President appointed “Regulatory Czar,” (and who thankfully resigned) states that unless you specifically record your wish not to donate organs, doctors should be able to harvest your organs (should you be declared “brain dead”) for donation on the basis of “presumed consent,” even if you never actually give consent. He also has stated that an economic crisis can be “used to usher socialism into the United States.”

Our President appointed John Holdren as “Science Czar.” Holdren is the co-author of the 1977 book, Ecoscience that promotes ideas like forced sterilizations and abortions to limit population growth, compelling single mothers to give up their children to others, putting chemicals in water supplies to prevent births, and a planetary world government that would implement these ideas for the good of the world.

Ezekiel Emanuel, MD, has stated, “services provided to individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens are not basic and should not be guaranteed.”  These are the people in society who Emanuel considers “useless eaters.”  They are no longer productive, and therefore, these vulnerable citizens should die.

This is not surprising since Dr. Emanuel is a fellow at the Hastings Center … the same Hastings Center co-founded by the euthanasia proponent, Willard Gaylin, MD … the same Hastings Center whose other co-founder, Daniel Callahan, explained in 1983 that taking all food and fluid away from vulnerable patients was probably the only way to make sure certain patients actually die (without legalization of euthanasia in America). This is the same Hastings Center that has worked side-by-side with hospice industry leaders to transform hospice and palliative care into the practical laboratory where its utilitarian, pro-euthanasia ideas are implemented, practices we now know as stealth euthanasia and direct euthanasia. Link

The Project on Death in America, financed by billionaire George Soros and the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation poured more than $200 million over the last decade into end-of-life programs and research. Link

Robert Wood Johnson II built the family firm of Johnson & Johnson into the world’s largest health products maker. He died in 1968. He established the foundation at his death with 10,204,377 shares of the company’s stock. The Robert Woods Johnson Foundation has given the Hemlock/Partnership for Caring and Last Acts merger, now known as Last Acts Partnership, over $1 million. According to the foundation, a longtime supporter of Planned Parenthood and euthanasia, Last Acts was the launching pad for an $11.25 million grant to “elevate awareness” and “inspire improvements” on end of life health care. The Johnson Foundation stated, “The program works at a number of clinical sites to encourage doctors to introduce palliative care earlier in patients’ diagnoses and to change the culture of medical institutions, which often focus exclusively on cure.” In other words, promote euthanasia, but do it deceptively.

The Soros project plans to act as a resource center to encourage other donors to support death-and-dying causes.  Robert Woods Johnson Foundation is still making grants and supporting the work to change how Americans think about dying and how they die. They are funding the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization’s “Caring Connections” program. The leaders at the top of the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (“NHPCO”) are the Euthanasia Society of America’s heirs and benefactors philosophically. The NHPCO is legally and corporately the final successor organization of the Euthanasia Society in the very strictest sense of the terms.

Soros and W.H.O.

The World Federation of Right To Die Societies (which “consists of 44 right to die organizations from 25 countries),  states that it “strongly believes the manner and time of dying should be left to the decision of the individual, … and that the voluntarily expressed will of individuals, … should be respected by all concerned as an expression of intrinsic human rights.”  The list includes many well-known pro-euthanasia organization names, Death With Dignity, Choice in Dying, Final Exit, etc.

Listed prominently in the successor organizations of the Euthanasia Society of America is none other than the familiar hospice organization, National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization!  Why shouldn’t it be?  The NHPCO commonly gives out living wills, and advance directives.  Link

The following article exposes George Soros’ Social Agenda for America. His puppet, Barack Obama, is doing his bidding with the passage of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act!

From Capital Research Center’s article, “George Soros’ Social Agenda for America,”

Many of Soros’ policy interests appear quixotic.  Euthanasia, like drug use, has little public support, and Americans look at public policy proposals to make it lawful with reactions ranging from skepticism to revulsion. Soros, however, approaches the popular reaction as an opportunity for public education. His grant making in this area is a form of national tutoring that he no doubt expects will eventually have a long-term impact–reaching even to rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court.

In a November 1994 lecture at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, Soros revealed one motive for his interest: “Voters in Oregon just approved a law that makes it the first state to lift the prohibition against physician-assisted suicide. As the son of a mother who was a member of the Hemlock Society … I cannot but approve.” Founded in 1980, the Hemlock Society is a nonprofit group that advocates the right of the terminally-ill to commit suicide and calls for passage of laws permitting physician-assisted suicide.

That year Soros began giving money to start the “Project on Death in America” (PDIA), whose purpose is “to understand and transform the culture and experience of dying and bereavement through funding initiatives in research, scholarship, the humanities, and the arts, and to foster innovations in the provision of care, public education, professional education, and public policy.”  OSI (Soros’ Open Society Institute) remains a strong supporter of PDIA; in 2000 the foundation contributed a three-year  $15 million grant to sustain its mission.

Soros’ goal is to transform American attitudes toward death by changing public attitudes about physician-assisted suicide.   His financial backing has helped drug legalization proponents gain a new respectability, and he aims to do the same for supporters of euthanasia. PDIA’s large annual budget—$5 million—has helped it achieve prominence. PDIA director Kathleen M. Foley has testified before Congress on physician-assisted suicide, and PDIA-linked physician Susan Block, MD, a psychiatrist with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, last year argued in the pages of the  New England Journal of Medicine that “physician-assisted death may be an acceptable option of last resort.”

At a conference funded by PDIA, Dr. Robert Twyncross of Oxford University, lectured  participants about America’s medical system. Twyncross lamented that U.S. medicine was “hell-bent on defying death”—as if that were wrong—and referred favorably to Britain’s socialist health system.

In 2000, OSI also made grants to the Death with Dignity National Center ($100,000) and the Oregon Death with Dignity Legal Defense and Education Center ($75,000).  National Death with Dignity describes itself as “the premier educational organization dedicated to discussing physician aid in dying openly, seriously, and with intellectual rigor.” The Oregon group works to make the state the first to allow “terminally ill individuals meeting stringent safeguards to hasten their own deaths.” Founded in 1993, it would make it legal for ailing people to obtain lethal drug prescriptions.  Another Oregon-based group, the Compassion in Dying Federation of America (CDFA), has received OSI funding—$150,000 in 1998 and $125,000 in 1999. CDFA supports “aid-in-dying for terminally ill, mentally competent adults” and claims “assurance of  a humane death enhances the celebration of life.”

In 2001, PDIA made grants totaling $5,105,000 to groups concerned with what’s called “end of life” assistance for ailing people, such as palliative care for the terminally ill elderly. Other programs such as the PDIA “Social Work Leadership Development Awards” aim to increase the prestige of social workers committed to “end of life care” and help make them “mentors” and “role models” for a new generation of social workers.

The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) and George Soros are tightly intertwined.  Kathleen M. Foley, MD is the medical director of the International Palliative Care Initiative of Soros’s Open Society Foundations Public Health Program.  They are working to advance palliative care globally, but not the palliative care of those who respect life.  Instead, this is “palliative sedation,” as described in Part 5. The George Soros-funded group, together with Robert Woods Johnson Foundation, financed much of the extreme changes in end-of-life care through the 1990s and up to the present time.  The booklet, “The Solid Facts, Palliative Care,” edited by Elizabeth Davies and Irene Higginson, and distributed by W.H.O. ,was supported by the Floriani Foundation with collaboration of the Soros-funded Open Society Institute!  Other members of WHO’s palliative care leadership team include, among others, Joanne Lynn, MD.

Elizabeth Wickham, PhD, Executive Director of the Life Tree Organization, encourages us to look back to a June, 1997 NY Times story to get a better description of what Lynn believes about total sedation and withholding and withdrawing life sustaining treatment.  In the June, 1997 NY Times article, “Passive Euthanasia in Hospitals Is the Norm, Doctors Say,” Joanne Lynn stated, When a patient is ready to die, I can stop nutrition and hydration. I can stop insulin and ventilation. I can sedate them.”   Dr. Lynn represents very mainstream medical thought in America today.

Dr. Lynn would have survived quite well with Dr. Mengele’s experiments in Auschwitz/Birkenau concentration camps.  She does not condemn medical killing via withholding food and hydration along with palliative sedation.  Lynn recently was a consultant to the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  This should thrill us all that a woman who believes she has the right to murder her elderly and dying patients was a consultant to Medicare and Medicaid!  Doesn’t that give you a tingle up the leg!

Joanne Lynn has also been a senior researcher at the Rand Corporation.  Link  In my article, Mind Control and Smart Growth, I explained how smart growth facilitators’ attain their pre-determined outcome via their use of the evil Rand Corporation’s mind-control Delphi Technique. RAND developed the Delphi method in the 1950s for the U.S. Department of Defense. It was originally intended for use as a psychological weapon during the cold war.

The Hospice Holocaust

“Action T4″ was the name given to the euthanasia program used in Germany during Hitler’s reign of terror.  T4 is the abbreviation of the address in Berlin where it was concocted.  “Tiergartenstrabe 4. “The euthanasia decree was written on Hitler’s stationary, dated, September 1, 1939.  It stated, “Reich Leader Bouhler and Dr. Brandt are charged with the responsibility for expanding the authority of physicians, to be designated by name, to the end that patients considered incurable according to the best available human judgment of their state of health, can be granted a mercy death.”  Dr. Brandt was Hitler’s personal physician.

In order to garner support from the public in 1938, a poster was produced, showing a handicapped individual sitting in a chair with the words, “60,000 Reichmarks is what this person suffering from hereditary defects costs the people’s community during his lifetime.  Comrade, that is your money too.”

The same type of euthanasia program that took place under T4 is now taking place in homes across America, but it’s all happening under the radar.  Pastor Joey Faust witnessed his aunt being put to death by a morphine overdose administered by a hospice nurse.  He has decided to fight back.  He exposes this terrible “hidden” evil that has spread throughout America in a two part interview.

Conclusion

Nearly all of the information in this series has come from two books, “War Against the Weak,” by Edwin Black, and Ron Panzer’s, Stealth Euthanasia: Health Care Tyranny in America.”  It is by far, the best expose of what is happening to our elderly and why.  I quoted from his documentation quite liberally in this series and am thankful for his efforts.  For help in locating a hospice, see Ron Panzer’s, Hospice Patients Alliance website.

The majority of Americans are asleep, and in 2015 when the final stages of Obama Care kick in, the baby boomers will wonder what happened to them.  It is unfortunate that most Americans have not fought the destruction of our once wonderful health care system.

The forces behind the United Nations Agenda 21/Smart Growth/Sustainability are hell bent on population reduction.  Their plan is to eliminate 85% of the world’s population.  We are murdering our babies in the womb at the rate of 2,000 a day.  In 40 years, 60 million American babies have died at the hands of abortion providers.  For 40 years we’ve also been killing our elderly with passive and open euthanasia.  It is obvious our elected representatives are in on the whole agenda.  In February, 2013, only 30 of the Republican representatives in the House voted to defund Obama Care.  The enemy is winning.

These changes have been imposed upon us without the approval of most American citizens.  We are allowing the abandonment of sanctity-of-life values that formed the very foundation of American life and the greatness of our country.  So many of our values are disappearing at an exponential rate, faith in God, the traditional family, the value of work and opportunity to fulfill your dreams, and most importantly, the truth from the pulpits of America’s churches and synagogues.

There is, of course, only one hope that always stands true, and that is our faith in God.  Those of us who love our country, and see the daily destruction of this once great nation, need to be on our knees in repentance for our nation and pleading for His mercy.

True Racism

Remember all the gloating and exhalting Planned Parenthood Prima Donas who Headlined Obama’s 2012 Democratic Convention in Charlotte last August?

Here’s a  quote from Margaret Sanger, the founding mother of Planned Parenthood:

We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities (Sounds like a description of Barack Obama). The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”[Source: Margaret Sanger's December 19, 1939 letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble. Original source: Sophia Smith Collection, Smith College, North Hampton, Massachusetts. Also described in Linda Gordon's Woman's Body, Woman's Right: A Social History of Birth Control in America. New York: Grossman Publishers, 1976]Today eugenics is suggested by the most diverse minds as the most adequate and thorough avenue to the solution of racial, political and social problems.

“I think you must agree … that the campaign for birth control is not merely of eugenic value, but is practically identical with the final aims (sounds like ‘final solution’) of eugenics… Birth control propaganda is thus the entering wedge for the eugenic educator.”

“As an advocate of birth control I wish… to point out that the unbalance between the birth rate of the ‘unfit’ and the ‘fit,’ admittedly the greatest present menace to civilization, can never be rectified by the inauguration of a cradle competition between these two classes. In this matter, the example of the inferior classes, the fertility of the feebleminded, the mentally defective, the poverty-stricken classes, should not be held up for emulation.”

“On the contrary, the most urgent problem today is how to limit and discourage the over-fertility of the mentally and physically defective.”[Source: Margaret Sanger. "The Eugenic Value of Birth Control Propaganda." Birth Control Review, October 1921, page 5]

From the pro-Sanger website, Margaret Sanger Papers Project:

…. My interests have expanded from local conditions and needs, to a world horizon, where peace on earth may be achieved when children are wanted before they are conceived. A new conciousness will take place, a new race will be born to bring peace on earth. This belief has withstood the crucible of my life’s joyous struggle. It remains my basic belief today.

This I believe–at the end, as at the beginning of my long crusade for the future of the human race.

And finally, from her 1919 article “Birth Control and Racial Betterment” published in The Birth Control Review:

While I personally believe in the sterilization of the feeble-minded, the insane and syphilitic, I have not been able to discover that these measures are more than superficial deterrents when applied to the constantly growing stream of the unfit. They are excellent means of meeting a certain phase of the situation, but I believe in regard to these, as in regard to other eugenic means, that they do not go to the bottom of the matter. Neither the mating of healthy couples nor the sterilization of certain recognized types of the unfit touches the great problem of unlimited reproduction of those whose housing, clothing, and food are all inadequate to physical and mental health. These measures do not touch those great masses, who through economic pressure populate the slums and there produce in their helplessness other helpless, diseased and incompetent masses, who overwhelm all that eugenics can do among those whose economic condition is better.

Florida Atlantic prof: GOP “worship guns” has “no concern for death of children”

Campus Reform: A professor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) took aim at the GOP on Friday accusing Republicans of worshipping guns and turning a blind eye to the death of innocent children. A professor at Florida Atlantic University said the Republican Party “worships guns” and has “no concern for death of children.”

In the sharply worded post, American History Prof. Ronald Feinman also contended the Republican Party is living in an imaginary Revolutionary War era.

“A party that worships guns as if we are on the frontier fighting native Americans and are living in the era of the American Revolution and Civil War is a party in deep denial,” he wrote. Republicans have “no concern about the death of children and adults in all public places imaginable.”

Feinman also dubbed the National Rifle Association’s CEO Wayne La Pierre as the nation’s “leading domestic terrorist.” “What insane ideas, as expressed by Wayne La Pierre, who could be regarded by many as our leading domestic terrorist with his refusal to recognize the need for the banning of assault weapons,” he wrote.

“The NRA is not concerned about our welfare, but only about their profits for the Board of Trustees and officers, and the profits of the gun industry, which should be regarded as the death industry,” he continued.

Feinman’s remarks came on the heels of another incendiary blog post by FAU professor James Tracy that ignited national outrage by its suggestion that the Sandy Hook Massacre was an inside job by the United States government. Prof. Erik Loomis from the University of Rhode Island — also stirred controversy early in the year by calling for the assassination of La Pierre.

In Friday’s post Feinman additionally bashed the GOP for Christian extremism, sexism, and an adherence to traditional values. “[A] party which fails to respect women’s rights and dignity, and treats them as second class citizens due to the influence of right wing Christian extremists, is a party on the road to extinction,” wrote Feinman on his blog entitled the The Progressive Professor.

Feinman’s remarks have apparently upset a number of his student who identify as Republicans or conservatives and perceived his post as intolerant. Feinman is “very liberal and other views are not well respected in the class,” wrote one commenter on the popular college site RateMyProfessor.com.  He “spends a good deal of class time bashing Bush and praising Obama.”

Feinman is a “very opinionated liberal professor who likes to frequently twist and edit history and current events throughout his lectures,” added another commentator.

No concern for the death of children? Shouldn’t he be bashing Planned Parenthood, which performed a record 333,964 abortions in 2011? Talk about a death industry…

University of Toronto to have sex orgy

Higher Education is so edifying!

Are you the parents of a student at the University of Toronto (UT) in Ontario, Canada?

If so, you should know your child is getting way more than English Lit from her university “experience.”

university-of-torontoUniversity of Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Patrick B. Craine reports for LifeSiteNews, Jan. 15, 2013, that a student group affiliated with the University of Toronto Student Union is planning a sex orgy next week, which the organizers euphemistically call an “epic student sex club adventure.” According to their strange reasoning, it’s not an orgy because it’s strictly consensual.

The sex orgy’s ad on Reddit says the event is meant to introduce students to the “sex club scene.” Clothes become “optional” at 6 p.m. so “you can get naked with all your new friends.”

UT sex orgy ad

The Toronto Sexual Education Centre, which is funded by a 25 cent levy from UT students, has rented out for the day the Oasis Aqua Lounge, which calls itself “an upscale sex club” — “a water themed adult’s playground in downtown Toronto where you can escape day to day life” and where, according to the Toronto Star, “sex is allowed everywhere but the hot tub.”

Dylan Tower, one of the UT orgy organizers, insists the group is “not funding an orgy” because no one will be coerced to have sex — which is certainly a unique definition for “sex orgy” found in no dictionary. Tower told the Star: “People are allowed to have sex on premise. There is not any type of ‘You should be having sex when you’re here.’ It’s very much, come and enjoy the space, there’s no prodding or pushing in that direction.”

Despite organizers’ promises to provide “safer sex” supplies like condoms, critics said the event is clearly not safe. Shantel Josee, a masters student and spokesperson for Campaign Life Coalition, said, “University is a time when young adults are most vulnerable to sexual exploitation. [An event like this] only reveals the tragic outcomes of a misled sex-craved society, which will go to any lengths to fulfill physical needs. Fruitful education on sexuality is not ‘hands-on’ as SEC wishes to endorse. It is not the act of sex that needs to be taught or experienced, but the holistic approach to sexuality which involves love, not of just your partner but also love of self. The ‘safety’ of condoms and sanitation does not protect a fragile society from the grotesque harm of a false idea of sexuality.”

Gwen Landolt, national vice-president of REAL Women, a pro-family NGO dedicated to promoting the dignity of women, asks: “Why is the university allowing this? Universities are meant to educate and enlighten, not to provide centres for self-abuse, which is really what it is.” She said such an event is “a degradation of the whole purpose of sex.” Sex without commitment is “not harmless psychologically or physically, regardless of one’s views on morality.”

A spokesperson for the University of Toronto told LifeSiteNews they would not “censor” the event, citing their policy on the recognition of campus groups, and emphasized that it’s not being organized by the university, noting that the 25 cent levy for the centre is “fully refundable” if students choose to opt out.

As if what’s important or at issue is the 25 cent levy!

And of course, Planned Parenthood jumped right in to applaud the sex orgy ’cause it has everything to do with “family planning” [Snark]:

Alabama Supreme Court rules unborn humans are “persons with rights”

God the Father

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I dedicated you….” -Jeremiah 1:5

baby AtkinsDuring a C-section, Alicia Atkin’s daughter, Nevaeh (“heaven” spelled backwards) reached out and grasped the gloved fingers of a doctor.

On Friday, January 11, 2012, the Alabama Supreme Court of the State of Alabama made a ruling directly challenging the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court’s Roe v Wade 40 years ago.

As reported by John-Henry Westen for LifeSiteNews, in a case brought by Amanda Kimbrough who admitted to smoking meth three days before the premature birth of her son 25-weeks-old Timmy, who died 19 minutes after birth from “accute methamphetamine intoxication,” the Alabama Supreme Court rules:

“The decision of this Court today is in keeping with the widespread legal recognition that unborn children are persons with rights that should be protected by law.

Today, the only major area in which unborn children are denied legal protection is abortion, and that denial is only because of the dictates of Roe.

Furthermore, the decision in the present cases is consistent with the Declaration of Rights in the Alabama Constitution, which states that ‘all men are equally free and independent; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.’”

The case, Ankrom v. State of Alabama, involved the consolidation of two cases, which addressed the question of whether Alabama’s law against chemical endangerment of children can be applied to unborn children who are exposed to illegal drugs in utero. Courts of appeal in Alabama have upheld convictions of mothers who were charged under the chemical endangerment law, when their children tested positive for illegal drugs at birth.

Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange welcomed the ruling in a statement: “The Court has ratified our argument that the public policy of our state is to protect life, both born and unborn. It is a tremendous victory that the Alabama Supreme Court has affirmed the value of all life, including those of unborn children whose lives are among the most vulnerable of all.”

Mathew Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, which had filed a brief in the case, said Liberty Counsel “applauds” the decision:

“In personal injury, criminal, and wills and estate law, the trend has been to recognize the unborn child as a human with legal protections, not merely a ‘potential’ human being. The U.S. Supreme Court’s abortion cases are an aberration to law and stand on an island by themselves, and that island will one day disappear.”

Liberty Counsel’s brief in the case provided the Alabama Supreme Court with a historical review of legal protection for unborn children, dating from ancient Greece to the present day, which points out that common law in England and the United States, with support from the medical and legal professions, had recognized that “[l]ife is the immediate gift of God, a right inherent in every individual; and it begins in contemplation of law as soon as an infant is able to stir in the mother’s womb.”

This understanding remained the prevailing view in the United States through the middle of the 20th Century, when a societal shift prompted a “liberalization” of criminal laws, including restrictions against abortion, culminating in the abortion cases, Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton. In those cases the Supreme Court held that unborn children are not “persons” protected by the right to life set forth in the Constitution.

Even the doctors who perform abortions recognize that the “fetus” they kill actually is human life. Here are some revealing quotes:

  • “They [the women] are never allowed to look at the ultrasound because we knew that if they so much as heard the heart beat, they wouldn’t want to have an abortion.” –Dr. Randall, former abortionist
  • “Even now I feel a little peculiar about it, because as a physician I was trained to conserve life, and here I am destroying it.” -Dr. Benjamin Kalish, abortionist
  • “You have to become a bit schizophrenic. In one room, you encourage the patient that the slight irregularity in the fetal heart is not important, that she is going to have a fine, healthy baby. Then, in the next room you assure another woman, on whom you just did a saline abortion, that it is a good thing that the heartbeat is already irregular… she has nothing to worry about, she will NOT have a live baby… All of a sudden one noticed that at the time of the saline infusion there was a lot of activity in the uterus. That’s not fluid currents. That’s obviously the fetus being distressed by swallowing the concentrated salt solution and kicking violently and that’s to all intents and purposes, the death trauma… somebody has to do it, and unfortunately we are the executioners in this instance.” -Dr. John Szenes, abortionist
  • “I got to where I couldn’t stand to look at the little bodies anymore.”Dr. Beverly McMillan, former abortionist
  • Sorrow, quite apart from the sense of shame, is exhibited in some way by virtually every woman for whom I performed an abortion, and that’s 20,000 as of 1995. The sorrow is revealed by the fact that most women cry at some point during the experience… The grieving process may last from several days to several years… Grief is sometimes delayed… The grief may lie sublimated and dormant for years.” – Dr. Susan Poppema, abortionist
  • We know that it’s killing, but the state permits killing under certain circumstances.” – Dr. Neville Sender, abortionist

Meanwhile, despite a new poll finding that 83% of Americans — more than 4 of every 5 — favor significant limitations on what is now essentially abortion on demand, the slaughter of the innocents continues unabated in the Land of the Free and the Brave.

As William Bigelow reports for Breitbart, in 2011, Planned Parenthood aborted a child every 94 seconds, to a total of 333,964 abortions, supported by $542.4 million in taxpayer dollars.

That figure of 333,964 abortions is 4,519 more than the 329,445 abortions of a year ago, and 17 thousand times the number of precious children who were killed in Sandy Hook Elementary School.

And yet America went into a paroxysm over 20 innocents massacred in Newtown, Connecticut, but no one — certainly not the ravenous headline-chasing Establishment Media — batted an eye over the slaughter of 17 thousands times that number in Planned Parenthood “health care clinics” across America.

In America today, hundreds attended a candlelight vigil for the death of an elk in Boulder, Colorado — a city with one of the country’s most notorious late-term abortion facilities, run by Dr. Warren Hern, who wrote the first medical textbook on abortion procedures after the Roe v. Wade decision legalized abortion in the U.S. In another of his written published works, the good doctor describes the human race as a “malignant eco-tumor” destroying the earth.

Go figure.
