In 2007, Obama’s literary agent still says he was born in Kenya

Yesterday, the late Andrew Breitbart’s media organization revealed the explosive find of a brochure from two decades ago in which Barack Obama’s literary agency Acton & Dystel described him as “born in Kenya.”

In 1991, Acton & Dystel was promoting Obama as the author of the never-produced “Journeys in Black and White” by declaring Obama was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.” Here’s what the literary agency said in its brochure:

“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. The son of an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, he attended Columbia University and worked as a financial journalist and editor for Business International Corporation. He served as project coordinator in Harlem for the New York Public Interest Research Group, and was Executive Director of the Developing Communities Project in Chicago’s South Side. His commitment to social and racial issues will be evident in his first book, Journeys in Black and White.”

After this news went viral yesterday, Acton & Dystel came up with the lame excuse that it was a “fact-checking error.”

Well, 16 years later, the agency must still have the same incompetent “fact-checker” because in 2007, a year before the 2008 presidential campaign, Acton & Dystel still described Obama as “born in Kenya” in promoting his autobiography, Dreams From My Father!

I’m a published author, having singly written four university-press books and co-authored six others. I can therefore speak from experience dealing with publishers and agents that they don’t make up stuff about authors. They publish the biographical information that the authors gave them.

Twelve years later, however, the Dystel of Acton & Dystel was busy promoting Obama’s new book, “Dreams from My Father,” and still touting the author as “born in Kenya.”

Through the Internet archive Wayback Machine, WND found an August 2003 listing of Dystel & Goderich’s author bios, including the following: “Barack Obama was the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Kenya to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii and Chicago. His first book is ‘Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance.”

Even if the original 1991 brochure’s listing of Kenya as Obama’s birthplace was in error, as the agency has since claimed, it apparently was an error Obama allowed his publicist to persist in for over a decade, right until after he was running for president.

In April 2007, two months after Obama had launched his presidential bid, Dystel was still touting the then-Democratic senator from Illinois as “born in Kenya.”

Another trip to the Internet’s Wayback Machine shows Dystel & Goderich describing Obama this way: “Barack Obama is the junior Democratic senator from Illinois and was the dynamic keynote speaker at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. He was also the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Kenya to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii, and Chicago. His first book, DREAMS FROM MY FATHER: A STORY OF RACE AND INHERITANCE, has been a long time New York Times bestseller.”

Only a few weeks later, the Internet archive reveals, the publicist had changed Obama’s birthplace to Hawaii.

And it’s not just Obama’s literary agent. The Associated Press also said Obama was born in Kenya. (H/t FOTM reader Wade!)

In a syndicated report, published on June 27, 2004, by the Kenyan Standard Times, and which was, as of this report, available at http://web.archive.org/web/20040627142700/eastandard.net/headlines/news26060403.htm, the AP reporter stated the following:

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

1) Only in Amerika could politicians talk about the greed of the rich at a $40,000 a plate campaign fund raising event.

2) Only in Amerika could people claim that the government still discriminates against black Americans when we have a black President, a black Attorney General, and roughly 18% of the federal workforce who are black (although 12% of the U.S. population is black).

3) Only in Amerika could we have had the two people most responsible for our tax code — head of the Treasury Department Timothy Geithner and chair of the House Ways and Means Committee Charles Rangel — BOTH turn out to be tax dodgers who are in favor of higher taxes.

4) Only in Amerika could we have terrorists kill people in the name of Allah and have the media be more concerned that Muslims might receive discrimination in the backlash.

6) Only in Amerika could the people who believe in balancing the budget and sticking by the country’s Constitution be thought of as hateful “extremists.”

7) Only in Amerika could you need to present a driver’s license to cash a check or buy alcohol, but not to vote — and if you disagree with the latter, you’re called “racist”.

8) Only in Amerika could citizens be required to present their birth certificate to apply for a passport, but not Barack Hussein Obama Jr. to certify his eligibility for the presidency of the United States — and if you inquire about that oddity, you’re called “racist” and other names (“birthers”), mocked at, and dismissed.

9) Only in Amerika could the government collect more tax dollars from the people than any nation in recorded history, still spend a trillion dollars more than it has per year for total spending of $7 million PER
MINUTE, and complain that it doesn’t have enough money.

10) Only in Amerika could the rich people who pay 86% of all income taxes be accused of not paying their “fair share” by people who don’t pay any income taxes at all, some of whom even get money “back”.

Obama makes fun of birthers

Last night, at the White House correspondents’ dinner love-fest, Obama made those who question his eligibility and his still-concealed birth certificate a butt of jokes.

Beginning at the 1:00 mark, he first makes fun of Donald Trump, who had asked about the birth certificate. Then, at the 1:38 mark, he really gets into it, saying:

“My name is Barack Obama. My mother was born in Kansas. My father was born in Kenya. And I was born, of course in Hawaii.” And with the word “Hawaii,” he makes a big wink (1:48 mark).

Hardee, ha, har, har!

It’s just all a big joke to him.

I can’t wait to wipe that wink off this POS’s face this November.

Andrew Breitbart’s coroner dead from suspected poisoning

Mere days after the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office issued its final autopsy report on the sudden death of bane-of-the-Left Andrew Breitbart (he died of “heart failure”), news came last Friday that a forensic criminalist at the L.A. County Coroner, Michael Cormier, had suddenly died from suspected arsenic poisoning! Cormier died on the same day as the release of the final autopsy report.

In his article for WND, titled “Breitbart’s Coroner Poisoned to Death?,” Joe Kovacs writes: “Medical examiners in Los Angeles are investigating the possible poisoning death of one of their own officials who may have worked on the case of Andrew Breitbart.”

The Los Angeles Times reports, April 27, 2012, that 61-year-old Cormier, a forensic technician for the Los Angeles County Coroner, died “under mysterious circumstances” last week after being taken to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank from his North Hollywood home. Earlier he had complained of pain and vomiting.

Hospital staff notified police about concerns surrounding the cause of Cormier’s death. Los Angeles police detectives, with the help of the L.A. County coroner’s office, are now investigating Cormier’s death. Officials said he might have died of poisoning, but they have not provided further information.

“At this point we haven’t ruled out foul play,” said Lt. Alan Hamilton of the Los Angeles Police Department. “It is one of the things being considered. We are waiting for the coroner’s results.”

Ed Winter, deputy chief coroner, said that Cormier’s autopsy has been performed but that a cause of death has been deferred pending further tests.

Investigators have also interviewed his family and friends. Messages left at the home Friday went unanswered.

Authorities have examined Cormier’s Auckland Avenue home for clues to the cause of his death. Sources said several hazardous materials experts and officers searched the small home looking for clues. The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that finding the presence of poison does not necessarily mean the death was a homicide, because the substance could have accidentally entered his system. His death could also be related to his work or hobbies.

So what is a forensic technician?

A forensic science technician is also called a criminalist. This is what the State of California’s Employment Development Department says:

WHAT DOES A CRIMINALIST (FORENSIC SCIENCE TECHNICIAN) DO?

Criminalistics is the forensic science of analyzing and interpreting evidence using the natural sciences. Forensic science pertains to all sciences applied to legal problems. CRIMINALISTS use the science of criminalistics to solve crimes. They examine and identify physical evidence to reconstruct a crime scene. Physical evidence can be a weapon, a piece of clothing, a bloodstain, drugs, or even a vapor in the air. Criminalists use this physical evidence to provide a link between a suspect and the victim. The transfer of clothing fibers or hair fibers between a suspect and the victim can provide just such a link. Fingerprints, bullets, and shoe impressions are other important links.

Physical evidence is collected from a crime scene that includes the victim’s body and the surrounding area of the crime. Criminalists collect physical evidence at crime scenes and receive evidence at the laboratory, which has been collected at the crime scene by crime scene investigators. The proper collection of evidence is essential to prevent contamination and destruction of the evidence. Once the evidence is brought to the crime lab, Criminalists conduct tests depending on the type of evidence. Criminalists are often called to court to provide expert testimony regarding their methods and findings.

• Examines, tests, and analyzes tissue samples, chemical substances, physical materials, and ballistics evidence, using recording, measuring, and testing equipment.

Serology is the analysis of body fluid evidence that includes bloodstains, semen stains, and saliva. To determine the identity and origin of the substance, Criminalists analyze blood dried into fabrics or other objects, as well as cigarette butts that may contain saliva residues. Sometimes the stain is not visible to the naked eye. Blood is usually visible due to its color, but often an artificial forensic light source is necessary to see other body fluid evidence. The stained evidence must remain dry and be stored at a cold temperature to maintain its integrity.

DNA typing is possible with a sample of body fluid such as blood, saliva, or semen. DNA typing provides a Criminalist with a genetic blueprint that is unique to each person. Criminalists then try to match the DNA typing results with a suspect. Proper handling and storage is essential to preserve DNA test samples.

Trace evidence is the analysis of hairs, fibers, paint, glass, wood, and soil that are present at a crime scene. Examination of trace evidence helps to establish a relationship between a suspect and the victim. A fiber may be taken from the victim’s body revealing the type of fiber from carpet unique to the make and model of the suspect’s car. Once trace evidence is discovered, a Criminalist or other investigator collects the evidence from the crime scene by using a pair of jeweler’s tweezers and immediately places the evidence in a folded paper cone and then into a sealed evidence envelope. Trace evidence is later analyzed at the crime lab to determine its composition and origin.

Firearms and toolmarks analysis involves the examination of any firearm that is suspected of being used in a criminal act. Criminalists can determine the kind of bullet used and whether it was fired from the gun used to commit the crime. Toolmark analysis includes any object suspected of containing the impression of another object that served as a tool in the commission of a crime. For instance, a screwdriver makes a distinctive impression when scraped along the surface of a wall. A Criminalist will analyze the marks the screwdriver left behind.

Impression evidence is the evaluation of impressions made by shoes, tires, depressions in soft soils, and all other forms of tracks and impressions. Glove and other fabric impressions, as well as bite marks in skin or food, are included. Criminalists also obtain impressions of dust from surfaces to reveal fingerprints.

Drug identification is used by Criminalists to analyze and identify illegal substances such as cocaine, heroin, and marijuana, that are found in plastic bags or vials at crime scenes. Criminalists must interpret the results of drug analyses in order to determine their significance to the case.

The dictionary defines “coroner” as “A public officer whose primary function is to investigate by inquest any death thought to be of other than natural causes.” Therefore, calling criminalist (or forensic science technician) Michael Cormier, who worked for the L.A. County Coroner’s Office, a “coroner” is entirely appropriate.

Breitbart was the conservative power-house founder of the news aggregation site, Breitbart.com, and five other websites — Breitbart.tv, Big Hollywood, Big Government, Big Journalism, and Big Peace. He was only 43 years old.

Just days before his sudden death on March 1, Breitbart had vowed at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington that his organization would do the job of vetting Obama which the Establishment Media, Congress, and the Democratic and Republican Parties did not do in 2008.

The L.A. coroner’s final autopsy report that Breitbart had died from “heart failure” still does not rule out assassination. As explained by Fred Burks of Examiner.com, November 29, 2009, there is a way to induce heart attack via a poison dart. On penetration of the deadly dart, the individual targeted for assassination may feel as if bitten by a mosquito, or they may not feel anything at all. The dart can penetrate clothing and leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin. The dart completely disintegrates upon entering the target.

The lethal poison then rapidly enters the bloodstream causing a heart attack. Once the damage is done, the poison denatures quickly, so that an autopsy is very unlikely to detect that the heart attack resulted from anything other than natural causes.

And now, with criminalist or forensic science technician Michael Cormier’s sudden death from suspected arsenic poisoning, there is even more reason to wonder about Breitbart’s sudden “heart failure.’

Obama’s lawyer admits his birth certificate is a forgery

This is how arrogant that POS in the White House is.

His lawyer, Alexandra Hill, effectively has admitted that the image of his purported birth certificate that Obama revealed to America in a press conference last year is a forgery. But none of that matters or affects his constitutional eligibility to be President.

Dan Crosby writes for The Daily Pen, April 12, 2012, that a suit was brought by (Retired) Commander Charles Kerchner in a New Jersey court challenging Obama’s right to have his name on the November ballot, due to a lack of authenticated eligibility of his “natural born citizen” status.

Obama’s attorney Alexandra Hill admitted that there is no evidence that the birth certificate the White House put online is authentic and that it likely was “manufactured.” Hill then proclaimed the birth certificate cannot be used as evidence to confirm Obama’s lack of natural born citizenship status and the issue therefore is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot.”

Now, that’s in-your-face hutzpah.

Adding insult upon injury, Hill went on to contort reasoning further by implying that Obama needs only invoke his political popularity, not legal qualifications, in order to be a candidate.

Hill, of Genova, Burn & Giantomasi Attorneys in Newark, then made a motion to dismiss the ballot challenge arguing that Obama’s lack of natural-born citizenship status was not relevant to being placed on the New Jersey presidential ballot because no law exists in New Jersey which says that a candidate’s appearance on the ballot must be supported by evidence of natural born citizenship status. Only the U.S. constitution restricts eligibility to hold the office of president to natural born citizens.

New Jersey Administrative Law Judge Jeff S. Masin denied the motion to dismiss and the case proceeded to trial.

At the hearing, attorney for the plaintiffs, Mario Apuzzo, correctly argued that Obama, under the Constitution, has to be a “natural born Citizen” and that he has not met his burden of showing that he is eligible to be on the New Jersey primary ballot by showing that he is indeed a “natural born Citizen.” He argued that Obama has shown no authenticate evidence to the New Jersey Secretary of State demonstrating who he is and that he was born in the United States. Apuzzo also argued that as a matter of law, Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” because he was born to a father who was not a U.S. citizen.

Despite Hill’s admission, the New Jersey court ruled in favor of Obama.

The Daily Pen’s editor Penbrook Johannson explains:

“Sadly, regardless of her moral deficiency, Hill is legally justified. Obama’s eligibility is a separate matter than the charges of forgery and fraud. Of course, we have evidence that he is not eligible. But, evidence of forgery by as yet unidentified counterfeiters working on behalf of Obama is not what legally excludes Obama from appearing on a ballot, by itself, until some authority is willing to consider this as evidence of forgery on its merit as an indication of actual ineligibility in a court of legal authority. Until some court of competent jurisdiction is willing to hear evidence of forgery and fraud, you can’t legally punish a political candidate for that crime which has not been proven that they committed. However, since Obama is not eligible because of a lack of authenticated evidence to the contrary, he could be held off the ballot for that reason.

“He does not exist as a president except in the imagination of those who blindly support him. Whereas he is politically desired by a transient consensus, his legality is unresolved until a responsible court makes a determination. This is the essence of our crisis. Our nation exists in a state of non-authorized identity. Obama is just some guy calling himself a president and living in the White House without the confirmative authority to do so.”

To conclude, despite mounting evidence that he is a usurper, until a court with jurisdiction considers this case, Obama’s eligibility status remains in limbo. What a sorry day for America.

And of course, none of this is being reported by the useless spineless  Establishment Media.

In response to critics who insist that Alexandra Hill did not say the birth certificate that Obama posted online is a forgery, this is what Pennbroke One of the Daily Pen wrote:

“The fact that Ms. Hill, in representing Obama, admitted that such a form of this record cannot be used to prove these claims by Obama, she is admitting that the image is not a truthful representation of those claims. Therefore, it must be a false representation of those claims otherwise, why did Obama choose to publish this record if not to provide proof of his eligibility? Website decoration?

She specifically agreed that the plaintiffs had “great arguments” toward showing forgery had been committed, but that it was not relevant in their objections to Obama’s appearance on the ballot.

Ms. Hill received her J.D. at Georgetown and is widely steeped in matters of document fraud and forgery. Despite her youth, we are confident she understands that if an image of a document which was intended by the highest levels of our government to represent an official, legal record of identification cannot be relied upon to provide evidentiary proof in a court of law, then the only available consideration toward defining the veracity of that record’s authenticity is that the image of it is not an accurate representation of the person’s identity. Therefore, it is a forgery.

However, combining this fact with the conclusion that a constitutionally empowered law enforcement agency [AZ Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Posse investigation] has determined through a criminal investigation that this image, as well as the image of Obama’s Selective Service registration, are fabrications which were publicly displayed on an official government website, funded by taxpayers, for the intended purpose of deception, not corroboration or verification, of Obama’s true identity, demonstrates nothing less than Hill’s understanding of the fullest legal definition and awareness of forgery with regard to this image.

There is no other reason for Hill to discount its purpose in the matter of Obama’s eligibility to appear on any ballot. Unless, she believes it was posted for website decoration or satire.”

Sheriff Joe’s press conference, March 31, 2012

What if you gave a press conference and no members of the press deigned to come?

That’s what happened at a press conference attended by 1,200 citizens, which was held last Saturday, March 31, at the Church on the Green in Sun City, Arizona.

Sponsored by the Surprise and Sun City Tea Party groups, the press conference featured Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his all-volunteer Cold Posse’s lead investigator Mike Zullo as the keynote speakers, on the “probable” forgery of Barack Obama’s online birth certificate and selective service forms.

Most of the event was comprised of information that has already been released in earlier press conferences, but not widely reported on by the mainstream media, out of fear of ridicule, or perhaps fear of sanctions by the federal government.  Despite this, Arpaio and Zullo did disclose several updates to this case:

• The word spacing and typewriter fonts on Obama’s birth certificate are uneven, suggesting the use of multiple typewriters, and consequently, cutting and pasting from various original documents.

• The numbers listed on Obama’s online birth certificate are out of sequence with other birth certificates released around the same purported time of Obama’s birth.

• Sheriff Joe had sent a letter to the director of the Selective Service asking for Obama’s original Selective Service registration form. Arpaio was told that nothing was wrong and that if he had a reason to inquire further, he should get in touch with the FBI. (For background of the investigation into Obama’s selective service card, watch this video.) Arpaio will continue to pursue this matter with the selective service authorities.

• When asked who could be behind a conspiracy of this magnitude, he admitted that they do not yet know exactly who is behind this conspiracy. When asked if George Soros was behind it, Zullo seemed to admit the possibility.

• In response to questions about a purported Kenyan Birth Certificate, as well as a video making the rounds that seems to show Obama telling an audience he is from Kenya, Zullo made clear that both were fabricated and both distracted from real issues in Barack Obama’s eligibility.

The Surprise & Sun City West Tea Party groups are asking ALL Arizona citizens to sign a petition directed to Ken Bennett, AZ Secretary of State, that states the following:

“Petition Requesting a RESOLUTION as per ARS 41-121-1. The Secretary of State shall: Receive bills and resolutions from the legislature, and perform such other duties as devolve upon the Secretary of State by resolution of the two houses or either of them.”

“We the undersigned Arizona citizens are requesting that the Arizona House, and / or the Arizona Senate pass a RESOLUTION directing Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett to send a certified letter to Democratic National Committee Chairperson, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, requesting that she produce certified source documents that are satisfactory to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office that positively identify the U.S. natural born citizenship and the Selective Service System Registration of Barack Hussein Obama II. With the recent findings of the MCSO Cold-Case Posse, there is probable cause to believe that Barack Hussein Obama II’s Selective Service System Registration Form and his State of Hawaii Certification of Live Birth Form are criminal forgeries, it is imperative to determine Barack Hussein Obama II’s status regarding his eligibility to be placed on the 2012 Arizona ballot.”

African Press International says it has Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate

African Press International (API) is a Norway-based English-language online news service that began in 2006. API claims to have “an audience covering more than 101 countries worldwide,” with a majority in Africa and the U.S., and “another large group of followers” residing in Europe.

API’s e-mail address is africanpress@getmail.no; its mailing address is Foreign Press Association in Norway/NIPS, Haakon VII’s gt 10, 0161 Oslo, NORWAY.

An API article on March 9, 2012, claims that on the evening of March 6, API “received President Obama’s genuine birth certificate” — a birth certificate that “places the president in the African continent,” specifically, in the Republic of Kenya.

According to the article,

“Many people seem to be of the opinion that there is a plan to hide from them the real thing. The US President says he is born in Hawaii. Many documents being circulated worldwide says otherwise. Therefore, it is very important to be outright and get the real thing on the table without witch hunt or without trying to malign the president’s name, unless the truth is not what he personally has said.”

But now that Obama’s genuine birth certificate is uncovered, the API declares that “The debate surrounding it will now end after the revelation, and those who have not been telling the truth will have to be made answerable one way or another” and “This may force the US president to apologise to the American people for having been kept in the dark on the issue….”

The API article also states that API has sought to corroborate the birth certificate with Kenya’s Coast Provincial Birth Registration Office (CPBRO). The corroboration, in the form of “a duly signed official letter” from CPBRO, as well as “a very special document”, will be scanned “for all to see”, tomorrow, March 31, 2012, between 11.00 and 16.00. API promises that “The two documents will put the issue to rest and clear the air once and for all!”

Sheriff Joe asks Selective Service for Obama’s original registration form

Most of the media — including Fox News and conservative radio hosts — have ignored the shocking findings of a U.S. county sheriff’s investigation that Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service card both are likely forgeries. In fact, Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio calls the media blackout of his March 1 press conference “probably the biggest censorship blackout in the history of the United States.”

But the media blackout has not stopped the pugnacious sheriff.

Joe Kovacs reports for WorldNetDaily that on a national radio show hosted by Roger Hedgecock on March 16, Sheriff Joe promises there are “tons” more potentially shocking information on Obama”

“I’m not going after the president to keep him off a ballot or anything else, but that could happen. I’m going at it strictly as a law-enforcement guy investigating a possible forgery and fraud. I’m sticking with that, but I’ll tell you one thing. We got tons of other information that could be very shocking, too, but I’m sticking now with just the [forgery] investigation and possible criminal violations.”

Arpaio’s latest move is a request to to the U.S. Selective Service System, asking its director, Lawrence Romo, to:

• “conduct an investigation of Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration form from 1980″ and

• “provide the original form [Obama's original Selective Service registration card] so forensic document examiners can analyze the document to determine if it is authentic.”

Arpaio is giving Romo’s office 30 days to respond to his request. Read Arpaio’s statement in pdf, here.

On Hedgecock’s radio show, Arpaio noted:

“I guess common sense would be to send it to them. The Selective Service director is appointed by the president. … They only have 136 employees in the whole organization. I presume if I did that, what do you think they’re gonna to do with it? The director who was appointed from San Antonio, Texas, eight months into the Obama administration, what do you think he’s gonna do? He’s probably gonna call some guy at the White House if he can get up to the chief of staff to ask some advice, and then what are they gonna do? Give it to the attorney general? I don’t know. … So I’m fighting big battles here.”

Arpaio made special note about the issue of Obama’s possibly forged Selective Service Card.

“We had a press conference. A lot of people came. They were snickering, trying to embarrass me, [saying] this is a pony show trying to get publicity,” he said. “However, when we showed the Selective Service Card on the screen, you could hear a pin drop.”

Because of inconsistencies on the form itself – including an unusually incomplete date stamp – sheriff’s investigators suspect the form, which was allegedly filled out in Honolulu in 1980, may be a forgery.

As explained in the video below, Sheriff Joe’s Cold Posse investigators were able to replicate the alleged forgery by obtaining a circa 1980 pica stamp and a circa “2008″ date plug. Investigators were able to clearly demonstrate the “80″ (which should have actually read 1980) in Obama’s Selective Service Registration form resulted from cutting out the “08″ from an authentic “2008″ date plug, and inverting the “08″ to read “80″ when the cut plug was loaded into the year slot on the 1980 pica stamp.

Meanwhile, trying to get to the truth of Obama’s eligibility is now snowballing into a bi-partisan effort.

Bob Unruh reports for WND that a Democrat has filed a lawsuit in Florida asking state officials to remove Barack Obama’s name from the 2012 election ballot because he has not documented that he is eligible for the office.

The case was filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Democrat Michael Voeltz, “a registered member of the Democrat Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County, who was an eligible elector for the Florida Primary of Jan. 31, 2012.”

What have our Republican legislators done for us?  HUH?  What did any of them do when we came begging for help with massive amounts of information and evidence regarding financial fraud and the theft of our homes…racketeering in our cities and courts?  HUH?  I’ll tell you what they were doing while our lives were destroyed (and we dumbasses were still voting for them…and thinking they did not know!):  THEY WERE PARTICIPATING IN FRAUD, RACKETEERING, INSIDER TRADING AND COVERING UP THEIR CRIMES AND THE CRIMES OF THEIR PEERS.

Meanwhile, they were ripping us off with more raises for themselves, money laundering, gold standard benefits and medical care, expensive parties and travel and ‘retreats’…making back room deals with their criminal cronies and with entities who were intent on destroying our America…attempting no less than 8 times to change the requirement for President so they could install this piece of steaming excrement and his parasitic filthy pals in our White House.  Failing that; they went ahead and covered up his past, his lack of eligibility, his crimes, his un-American activities and so on.  It’s not that they did not vet him…they knew who he was and installed him anyway.  And all of them have participated in the worst Constitutional crisis in our history and the subsequent cover up…while more and more laws and Executive Orders and treaties are enacted against our will and in violation of our Constitution and our Founding values.

All sitting public servants are ‘lock stock and barrel’s invested in the tyrannical government which has declared nothing less than war upon the very people whom this country was built upon and who pays their self proscribed salaries and benefits.  None have publicly and loudly fought the insanity and most have buckled and voted to harm us further.

Donate?  Vote?  Support?  ARE YOU F……….G KIDDING ME???????  More money to compromisers, apologists, extortionists, blackmailers, cowards and thieves?  REALLY? REALLY???

No money (I don’t have any and am on the verge of homelessness, AGAIN, because of these criminals!)…no votes…no support….ZERO; until these ZEROES, LOSERS, CRIMINALS, TRAITORS AND USEFUL IDIOTS start working for their constituents and their country.  Until they honor their Oath and our Founders, they can go to HELL.

This is NOT a Republican or Democrat problem. This is a criminal problem and our fiduciaries on both sides failed America.  We are looking at the person; not the Party right now.  We are determined to see as many incumbent FIRED as possible.  That’s the result of their Treasonous failure.  We don’t trust any sitting legislators.

What good did it do us to bust our humps and donate and vote in all those jackasses (680 seats in 2010) who immediately joined the ranks of the establishment bent on destroying America and our Liberties?  How many stood up and told the public what was going on behind closed doors?  How many stepped up to fight Agenda 21 and all the money being funneled into the U.N.?  How many challenged the illegal Regime in D.C.?  The illegal Usurper in our White House?  The illegal Executive Orders and abuse of power and the use of our debt as a personal checkbook to reward and pay off friends and cronies?

Where the hell is the money you all come begging for supposed to come from?  We can’t fabricate and manufacture it the way those thieves we trusted have done.  We are struggling just to survive and keep from being thrown out on the street as a result of the theft and destruction wrought upon us by these liars and thugs who hide behind closed doors, refuse to talk to us directly or answer our questions and demands…and instruct their phone answering lackeys to lie when we talk to them.

Mr. Cornyn is my Senator.  He has sent me the standard canned answers and his office has lied outright to me.  When we came to him for assistance and answers; we were ignored and dismissed.  My life went to hell in a handbasket while he enjoyed raises and a life of royalty in a country where we don’t abide royalty.  The last king was run out of America on a rail.  He and the Republican Party have enjoyed my vote every year since I was eligible to vote at 18 and that is almost 40 years of loyalty to a Party that has collectively managed to spit in my face and the faces of my fellow citizens.

I can’t think of one good reason to make a political donation nor one good candidate in this election.
