Singer Harry Belafonte tells Obama to imprison political opponents

Harry Belafonte is an 85-year-old black has-been singer who made his career singing cheerful calypso “Banana Boat” songs.

Yesterday, Dec. 12, 2012, Belafonte appeared on MSNBC where he was asked by black racist Al Sharpton about the wrangling going on between the occupant in the White House and Republican House Speaker John Boehner over the budget and the looming fiscal cliff.

Sharpton: “You’ve fought for decades for some of ‘entitlements’ that the right wing wants to try and balance this budget, erh, balance the deficit off of. You look at this — Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security. You’ve been an activist leader through Roosevelt…to Dr. King to Mandela to Obama. How do you view this and what is the challenge for those that are on the [battle] field today?”

Belafonte: “What I think is most attractive about this whole process is watching the political maturity of the American people…. The first question is whether Barack would even be elected. And after the turnout put him emphatically in the presidency, it’s interesting to watch his second term. Everybody really didn’t know what the game would be. But the American people in their maturity declared themselves fully, ‘We want what Barack Obama is talking about. We want the country going in that direction.”

Then, beginning at the 1:07 mark, Belafonte continues: “And what fascinates me is that in the face of millions of Americans expressing their desire, the whole political establishment defining its game, that there should be lingering infestation of really corrupt people who still try to dismantle the wishes of the people, the mandate that has been given to Barack Obama. I don’t know what more they want.”

Beginning at the 1:45 mark, Belafonte then says: “The only thing left for Barack Obama to do is to work like a third world dictator and throw these guys in jail.”

To which Al Sharpton chuckles “He he!”

Yes.

You saw and heard it for yourself.

We have reached the low point in American politics where two black wealthy faux-socialists — Belafonte with a net worth of $28 million; Al Sharpton, a Baptist minister who mysteriously managed to accumulate a net worth of $5 million — openly call for a president (who was “supposedly” elected by 62,615,406 voters to a second term) to throw anyone who disagrees with him in jail, thereby junking every right guaranteed to the American people by the United States Constitution.

Harry Belafonte, you piece of shit. On November 6th, 59,142,004 Americans did NOT vote for your dictator idol. You don’t have enough jails and FEMA camps to jail all 59 millions 142 thousands of us!

Media Pundit Named in Jesse Jackson Lawsuit
Cliff Kincaid — May 16, 2012Tamara Holder, a Fox News contributor, is accused of having an affair with Jesse Jackson, Sr. in a lawsuit that alleges the illegal use of a gay Jackson employee to facilitate the relationship.
The accuser, Tommy R. Bennett, was Jackson’s personal travel assistant and ran the legal clinic at Jackson’s organization, the Rainbow PUSH Coalition. He says he was eventually fired for protesting his treatment by Jackson and other PUSH employees and is seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages.

Holder has not responded to repeated requests for comment from Accuracy in Media, but Jackson’s press representative, Lauren Love, says the allegations are false and will be proven so.
Bennett attorney Thomas V. Leverso says that Jackson and PUSH have been stonewalling a legal response for many months but that investigations and the case are moving forward. Leverso tells Accuracy in Media that witnesses have come forward to verify the allegations against Jackson.
Jackson, a minister and Democratic politician who served as an aide to Martin Luther King, Jr., suffered a major embarrassment in 2010 when he admitted to an extramarital affair that produced an illegitimate child.

Ex-Marine Beaten to Death by Georgia Mob

Fox News:  Three suspects newly charged in the death of a former Marine from Cobb  County were denied bond at court hearings last Wednesday, Channel 2 Action News  reported.

Arthur Lynell Batchelor, 37, of Acworth, and Jason Scott Hill, 35, and  Tarell Winston Secrest, 36, both of Marietta, continue to be held in the Cobb  County Adult Detention Center. They were arrested last Tuesday.

All three men and 38-year-old Sean DGene Hall of Atlanta, who was arrested  Monday, are charged with murder, aggravated assault and aggravated battery in  the death of Zachary “Zach” Gamble.

Gamble, a 34-year-old Acworth man, had served two tours of duty in Iraq and  had a 7-year-old son. He was at a friend’s birthday party in the Concord Chase  Apartments near Smyrna the early morning of March 25 when he got into a  confrontation with others in the parking lot, police said.

Investigators have not said what happened next, but a taxi driver called police about 6 a.m. to report having struck Gamble. The man was found unconscious on the ground. Police have said, however, that they believed Gamble’s most serious injuries were not caused by the taxi.

Gamble was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, Marietta, where he never regained consciousness. He was taken off life support April 8. Police have not disclosed autopsy findings, but family members have said the former Marine had sustained severe head injuries.

Attacker fatally stabs woman

The Spokesman Review:  A woman walking her dog along the Spokane River Thursday morning was fatally stabbed in what appears to have been a random attack.

The victim’s daughter identified the woman as 55-year-old Sharlotte McGill. McGill suffered multiple stab wounds to her upper body shortly after 8 a.m. in the area of 1800 E. South Riverton Avenue and was rushed to a local hospital, according to the Spokane Police Department. Police reported around 2 p.m. that she had died.

The attacker remained on the loose Thursday night. Police have not identified a suspect or a motive.

McGill’s daughter, Billie McKinney, logged on to her mother’s Facebook account Thursday evening and posted a message to friends and family.  “I want to thank everyone for their support,” she wrote. “My mother deeply loved you all in her special way. Thank you everyone for all the fun she had with you, and please just be good to everyone, love with all your heart, and remember her with a smile. Much love.”

In an afternoon news conference, interim Spokane police Chief Scott Stephens said “anything that can be done will be done” to find the attacker, but police have no suspects at this time. He asked that anyone with information call the police department.

“We’ve got everything we have on this,” Capt. Brad Arleth said, explaining the department brought in extra officers from multiple units to scour the area and track down leads. Police were alerted about 8:11 a.m. by callers to 911 reporting a woman screaming in the area of Magnolia Street and South Riverton Avenue. A nearby resident found McGill with multiple stab wounds, police said, and began administering CPR while waiting for emergency personnel to arrive.

Another neighbor, Korey Shippy, whose back balcony faces the river, said he was inside when he heard McGill screaming “help me, help me, somebody … help me.”  “I ran down and got her daughter and said ‘Your mom’s been stabbed,’ ” he said, explaining McGill lived in his apartment complex. The two ran outside and found McGill bleeding heavily.

“She still had the leash in her hand, and the dog wouldn’t leave her side,” he said. “She said, ‘Can you breathe for me? Can you breathe for me? I can’t breathe.’ ”  She collapsed shortly after.

Others told officers they saw a man running from the area and provided brief descriptions. A detective responding to the area saw a man matching the description who became evasive after realizing the investigator was looking at him, Arleth said. The man was detained for questioning but later released.

Meanwhile, officers and paramedics tending to McGill were able to get a brief description of the attacker, who she said jumped from behind some bushes, police said.  Witnesses said the person seen running from the area was a black male in his early to mid-30s, wearing black pants and black hooded jacket. Witnesses said he had a “crazy eye.”

“We certainly understand that this is a horrific crime, and it’s going to be high priority for the police department,” Stephens said. In the meantime, he said, residents shouldn’t live in fear but should “be aware of your surroundings.”

According to her Facebook page, McGill worked at Costco and went to Okanogan Junior-Senior High School. She described herself as “down to earth, a lover of life. Happy Camper. Hard Worker. I have 4 pets and a daughter and I love them dearly.”

A 2010 post by McGill read: “Every day I have the chance to make great things happen in my life. Every day is exactly what I make it. And you are as I see you. And what you say to me is how I perceive it. Life is Grand I love all the moments of it.”

Tragic, senseless, and sad.  Prayers for the McGill family.

Young Americans are not buying the black race hustle

Despite the constant, incessant, pervasive portrayal by the media, schools, and  cultural and political elites, that blacks are the eternal victims and white people are unregenerate racist oppressors, there is evidence that the indoctrination and brainwashing have failed.

More and more Americans, including young Americans, are just not buying the victimology fairy-tale — not any more. The shameful behavior of the MSM and black race hustlers like Jesse Jackson, the New Black Panthers, and Barack Obama (“If I had a son, he’d look just like Trayvon!”) in the Trayvon Martin case — before the judicial system even has a chance to deal with the shooting — will only alienate even more Americans. Recently released results from the Public Religion Research Institute hold seriously bad news for the long term viability of the Democrats and Barack Obama’s chances of reelection.  The pollsters spoke to adults between the ages of 18 and 24 about their views on race relations, and their findings were surprising.

One of the questions they asked these young people centered on whether they thought the government paid too much attention to the complaints of blacks and minorities in general. They were asked about the existence of reverse discrimination and if it was a problem in their view.

These young people – “millennials” as they are labeled by sociologists- don’t seem to be following the Democrats’ script on how they should think about racial issues. Almost half of them (46%) believe the government pays too much attention to the complaints of minorities, and 48% feel that discrimination against whites is a considerable problem.

When the responses from minorities were removed to count only the responses from white millennials (who represent 2/3 of the millennial population), a sizable majority  (56%) agreed that the government caters to the concerns of minorities too much. This is not good news for a Democrat Party that so heavily relied on “white guilt” to elect an unqualified black man as our president.

This is a hammer blow to the race-hustling world view of the Democrat Party and it’s main “white guilt” salesmen like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.  Young white people have been taught a conflicting message, and the framers of that message will reap the destruction it brings.

A lifetime of listening to baseless charges that they have somehow discriminated against minorities is apparently not being passively accepted by white millennials. They don’t feel guilty of discrimination toward minorities. Apparently, a majority of them are beginning to compare the devastating effect “Affirmative Action” programs have had on their innocent parents and older siblings to the unwarranted preferential treatment of minorities by our government and refusing to smile and accept their undeserved punishment.

Claiming self-defense, black shooter kills unarmed Hispanic

Claiming self-defense, a man, X, shoots another man, Y, dead.

No. This is not yet another rehashing of the Zimmerman fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, although there are important similarities.

You see, like Trayvon Martin, it turns out the victim, Y, was unarmed. Unlike Martin, Y was mentally disabled, with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old.

But in this case, the roles are reversed. The shooter is black; while the victim is part Hispanic.

KSAZ Fox 10 reports from Laveen, Arizona, April 4, 2012, that about 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday night, a man and his girlfriend ordered food at the Taco Bell drive-thru and were told to pull up while their order was prepared.

At the same time, 29-year-0ld Daniel Adkins stepped around a corner into the path of the vehicle and angry words were exchanged between him and the driver. They got into an altercation and Adkins was shot once by the driver. He died at the scene.

The driver, a 22-year-old black male whose name has not been released, called police.

Adkins’ grieving family members want that driver arrested, but he’s claiming self-defense, saying that Adkins had a metal pipe that he swung at them. But it turns out Adkins was holding a dog leash with his yellow lab on the other end. A metal pipe or bat was never located.

The dog, Lady, stayed by Adkins’ side until the Humane Society came.

According to Phoenix Police Sgt. Tommy Thompson, an independent witness said Adkins had swung his fists in the driver’s direction: “He swung his fist towards the driver window, and at some point the driver shot him.”

Adkins lived with his mom and dad. He’s 29, but his family says he was mentally disabled with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old. He didn’t drive, and walked wherever he went. His sister Marina Reyes said:

“He [the shooter] needs to be behind bars. I’ll never see my brother again. If he felt that my brother was threatening him, he could have easily just rolled up the window and called the cops. This person is still on the loose and I don’t agree with that. So he’s saying self defense, then where’s the weapon? Where’s the pipe? They didn’t find anything on my brother. He [the shooter] was just too aggressive, you don’t need to go that far.”

But the shooter has not been arrested. Sgt. Thompson said  “Just because we don’t book a person immediately does not mean we don’t charge a person at a later date.”

The investigation is still ongoing.

So how come Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and their willing accomplices in the media aren’t up-in-arms over the killing of an innocent mentally-retarded man? How come we don’t see images of Adkins when he was an angelic 8-year-old and of his hulking shooter splayed all across newspapers and our TV screens? How come the New Black Panthers haven’t put a $10,000 bounty on the shooter’s head?

And why is it that Barack Obama hasn’t said “If I had a son, he’d look just like Daniel Adkins”?

Where’s the outrage?

Wait! I know, I know!

It’s because the victim is not black, but the shooter is black!

The Radiance Foundation has been called, tweeted, and pressed to join the throngs across the nation in protesting the tragic death of Trayvon Martin. Invoking our “Black Children Are An Endangered Species”pro-life campaign, pro-abortion activists (who ignore and reject all statistics related to black genocide through abortion) demand we step into the fray.

We agree that this untimely death should be mourned.  Trayvon was a young man who had an entire lifetime of opportunity ahead of him. We also feel that by blaming racism for the death of this teenager, in typical reactionary style, the public is missing opportunities to engage in a constructive national dialogue about race and unity.

We are America—a beautiful menagerie of different races, ethnicities, religions, ideologies, shapes, sizes, and colors. This tapestry is made up of the beauty that each of us has to offer.  Sadly, threads of violence, greed, racism, elitism, hatred, and dishonesty have become inevitably interwoven, yet changeable, aspects of our humanity.

Anytime I see or hear Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton in victim-du-jour exploitation mode, my Civil Wrongs radar starts sounding. Once again, in a visceral attempt to inflame racial tensions, these hucksters inject themselves into a news event (made so by our lamestream media who strangely don’t do this the other nearly 17,000 times someone is murdered in the United States). For people like the teleprompter-challenged Sharpton, racial reconciliation is never the goal—only racial manipulation.

I’m particularly amused by the media’s description of the man—a white Hispanic–responsible for allegedly racially profiling and shooting Trayvon. Hispanics, even bi-racial ones, are usually considered a minority, but for racially dividing purposes the media has depicted Zimmerman as just a white man who shot a black teen.  Would that make Obama a white black, negating his “minority” status? I’m a white black, too—one whose passion is to serve as an agent of racial reconciliation.

We don’t even know the full details of this tragedy. Yet the press, ever eager to infuse racial strife every chance possible, has made this a circus. Lost in all of this clamor is reason and perspective.

There are 16,799 homicides within the United States in the last reported year according to the Department of Justice. Blacks are disproportionately victimized by these crimes at a rate 6 times higher than whites. But, blacks also make up the majority of the offenders with a rate that is 7 times higher than whites. Much of this is influenced heavily by disparate situations of poverty, and this poverty is due, in most part, to the alarming deterioration of the black family. Back in the 50s, over 80% of black families were intact two-parent married homes. Today, less than 30% of black homes are led by both mother and father, as we illuminate in our latest “Fatherhood Begins in the Womb” TooManyAborted.com campaign.

Shame on our mainstream media for contorting Trayvon’s death into a social commentary on race in America.  This, while they blatantly ignored actual and provable violent racist attacks over the past several years, where black flash mobs struck terror in cities across America. Where’s the outrage for the white teen lit on fire on his own porch after being chased by older black teens? The silence from media only reinforces that they’re interested in their own twisted one-sided race narrative.  According to the Department of Justice, “most murders are intraracial where 84% of white victims were killed by whites and 93% of black victims were killed by blacks.”

We need to get a grip on race in America and stop excusing violent behaviors from anyone, regardless of race or socio-economic standing.

President Obama, who naturally should be a reconciler on issues of race as he is wonderfully bi-racial, seems to squander ever opportunity when these issues arise. We’ve had the “beer summit,” the shrugging off of Black Panther voter intimidation, the silence about flash mob violence, (see Philly Mayor Nutter right) and now the personalizing of Trayvon’s death. The President stated, in part: “You know, if I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.” These words immediately made a racial case of this, as if any loss of life, regardless of skin color, isn’t as equal a tragedy.

So, I resist any invitation to jump on a bandwagon.  The Radiance Foundation values human life—all human life from conception until natural death. We also value being well informed so that we can look at this present situation and react in a way that affirms life, not widen chasms among people with divisive racial rhetoric.

Shooting death of 6–year-old girl punctuates lethal Chicago weekend

‘She didn’t deserve this,’ mother says; 49 people are shot citywide, 10 fatally

Chicago Tribune (March 20):  Diana Aguilar was distraught with grief Monday as she sat in the purple-and-pink bedroom of her 6-year-old daughter, gripping photos of her “baby.”

Two days earlier, on a sunny afternoon more like a June day, Aliyah Shell was sitting between her mother’s legs on the family’s Little Village front porch as Aguilar untangled her hair. The family had a friend’s birthday party to attend.

Suddenly, shots rang out from a pickup truck. Aguilar said she knocked her 2-year-old daughter on her back and hugged Aliyah tightly. But Aliyah was shot several times and died that afternoon at a hospital.

“She didn’t deserve this,” the mother repeated over and over again Monday as she sat on her daughter’s bed, which was covered with bright balloons, stuffed animals and family photos. “They’re not people. They’re animals for doing this to my baby. A person with a heart would never do this, so they’re not people.”

Aliyah’s shooting was the most shocking of a particularly violent weekend in Chicago. According to an analysis by the Tribune, 49 people were shot — 10 of them fatally — from late Friday afternoon through early Monday, mostly on the South and Southwest sides. Chicago police, excluding Monday morning from the calculation, said nine homicides took place over the weekend.

The deadly weekend continues a violent start to 2012. From Jan. 1 through Sunday, homicides soared 42 percent, to 94 from 66 a year earlier, according to a police spokeswoman. So far in 2012, nonfatal shootings rose to 408, up from 296 a year earlier, a 38 percent jump, she said. That continues a troubling trend that started in the last quarter of 2011. Police say gangs are to blame for much of the violence, including Aliyah’s killing.

Prosecutors identified both suspects as Latin Kings street gang members who were looking to shoot rivals from the Two-Six gang. Luis Hernandez, who allegedly goes by the nickname “Murder,” admitted in a statement to police that he saw the children on the porch before he opened fire, according to Assistant State’s Attorney Peter O’Mara.

Others killed during the violence:

• Joel Sanroman, 42, shot in the head early Saturday as he drove in the 3100 block of West 53rd Street in the Gage Park neighborhood.
• Adrian Cruz, 24, shot multiple times around 7 p.m. Saturday while standing in the 5900 block of South Fairfield Avenue in Chicago Lawn.
• Vincent Fitts, 22, found shot in the head at 7:50 p.m. Saturday near 79th and Cottage Grove Avenue.
• Jeremy Anthony, 24, who police believe drove himself to the University of Chicago Medical Center after being shot in the back while sitting in his car in the 6300 block of South Ellis Avenue in the Woodlawn neighborhood.
• Bert Lindsey, 36, killed early Sunday from shots fired from a passing vehicle into a backyard party in the 7500 block of South Wolcott Avenue in Auburn-Gresham.
• Equilla Coleman, 24, and two others were found shot early Sunday in the 1400 block of West 53rd after police nearby heard gunfire and found them with gunshot wounds.
• Anthony Scott, 19, died Sunday — two days after he was shot in the 6300 block of North Oakley Avenue by a man who called him over to his vehicle.
• George Marrero, 27, was killed at 10:50 p.m. Sunday during a gang-related drive-by shooting in the 1300 block of North Harding Avenue.
• An unidentified 34-year-old man was shot multiple times in the chest about 1:35 a.m. Monday. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he later died.
