THE U.S. VS MEXICO: On February 15, 1998, the U.S. and Mexican soccer teams met at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The crowd was overwhelmingly pro-Mexican even though most lived in this country. Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other non-European countries can come to this country and get preferences in jobs, education, and government contracts? It’s called affirmative action or racial privilege. The Emperor of Japan or the President of Mexico could migrate here and immediately be eligible for special rights unavailable for Americans of European descent. Recently, a vote was taken in the U.S. Congress to end this practice. It was defeated. Every single Democratic senator except Ernest Hollings voted to maintain special privileges for Hispanic, Asian and African immigrants. They were joined by thirteen Republicans. Bill Clinton and Al Gore have repeatedly stated that they believe that massive immigration from countries like Mexico is good. They have also backed special privileges for these immigrants.
Corporate America has signed on to the idea that minorities and third world immigrants should get special, privileged status. Some examples are Exxon, Texaco, Merrill Lynch, Boeing, Paine Weber, Starbucks and many more.
DID YOU KNOW?: Did you know that Mexico regularly intercedes on the side of the defense in criminal cases involving Mexican nationals? Did you know that Mexico has NEVER extradited a Mexican national accused of murder in the U.S. in spite of agreements to do so? According to the L.A. Times, Orange County, California is home to 275 gangs with 17,000 members; 98% of which are Mexican and Asian. How’s your county doing?
According to a New York Times article dated May 19, 1994, 20 years after the great influx of legal immigrants from Southeast Asia, 30% are still on welfare compared to 8% of households nationwide. A Wall Street Journal editorial dated December 5, 1994 quotes law enforcement officials as stating that Asian mobsters are the “greatest criminal challenge the country faces.” Not bad for a group that is still under 5% of the population.
Is education important to you? Here are the words of a teacher who spent over 20 years in the Los Angeles School system. “Imagine teachers in classes containing 30-40 students of widely varying attention spans and motivation, many of whom aren’t fluent in English. Educators seek learning materials likely to reach the majority of students and that means fewer words and math problems and more pictures and multicultural references.”
WHEN I WAS YOUNG: When I was young, I remember hearing about the immigrants that came through Ellis Island. They wanted to learn English. They wanted to breath free. They wanted to become Americans. Now too many immigrants come here with demands. They demand to be taught in their own language. They demand special privileges– affirmative action. They demand ethnic studies that glorify their culture.

They have the Department of Corrections, and other means to control all of this. They can close the Border, stop all benefits, control the quota of visas, and do what they need to do if they are pushed too hard.
They have the Department of Homeland Security, and an Army of other Law persons just waiting to place those who start a riot in jails.
Illegals would be best advised to keep the peace, follow the Law, and realize that as long as their income is from the Elite, Rich people they are caught in a bind. Why would they BITE THE HANDS THAT FEED THEM?
Even if they become the majority in the near future, they will still be controlled by the Elite, just like in the countries they came from.
Many send money back to their homeland, and even the Banks there are not only not a safe investment, but is also a way in which the Elites of the world prosper. The Elite dont care, for they invest the money and gain more wealth, and guess what they are all connected.
The President of Mexico is of Jewish descent, and many Jews control the Banking Systems of the world, mortgages, wall street etc.
The people need knowledge about what they are facing.
Blacks at least know the outcome, and their future, and even now that there is a Black President, the work and scarifice of M.L. King, they are in many ways worst off than before all of these great strides.

And to clarify the laws necessary to accomplish those ends, the following is necessary pieces of legislation in the form of amendments to the constitution of the United States of America!

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
Amendment XXVIII
With respects to Articles ix, x, xii, xiv, xv, xvii and xxvii, of the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States and the Democracy of the United States of America, and Representation of the citizens of the United States thru taxation for representation;
Section 1. The right of the citizen people of the United States to be by constitutional design represented by representatives of the Citizen constituencies, and are voted into office the offices of representation of the Citizen peoples constituencies through a Democratic majority vote of the constituencies of the people who vote into office their representatives thru democratic majority and are taxed to be represented thereby, and therefore and there from, thru and for a democratically designed constitution of the United States and her people citizens, shall be and are entitled whereby to representation thereof of the majority of the constituencies of the united states by representation in accordance therewith shall as well have the inherited right to representation by democratic majority by their representatives and shall be heard as well on and for… [with the exception of issues of legislation for and of national security or the actions of the military of the United States]… any and all pending legislation that is the representatives business to cast a vote on such proposed or pending legislation for their constituencies, and the voice of the majority of the representative’s constituency shall be had and heard by representatives by means of representatives acting to reasonably advertise proposed or pending legislation and electronically [“By a Reliable Electronic Server Device”] poll their constituencies for no less than 15 days thru to the day prior to the representatives casting vote on all proposed and or pending legislation and representatives shall… [under criminal penalty of $100,000.oo fine and or 20 years imprisonment for conviction of or for failure to do so, or by any fraudulent vote in contradiction to the will of the majority of their thereby polled constituency And upon conviction of same shall be immediately recalled and disqualified from future benefits from having held the office of a representative]… vote according to the majority of their electronically polled constituencies, and in the event of a poling of a constituency ending in and resulting in a tie prior to casting their vote for their constituency, the representative shall vote his conscience free of penalty as the deciding majority constituent vote.
Section 2. This article shall become operative as an amendment to the Constitution by majority vote of the congressional representatives of the several states within one year from the date of its passing and subsequent submission to the states by the Congress.
Section 3. The Congress shall have the power to fund and enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Amendment XXIX
Section 1. The right of the citizen people of the United States to be represented by representatives and enjoy the provisions of the XXVIII Amendment shall require the enrollment of all eligible “Citizen” persons… Of which shall require a thumb print and proof of United States Citizenship… to register for, secure and maintain a “United States National Citizen and Voting Identification Card and Number of 15 digits”, and it shall be required and shall be used in conjunction with their date of birth, their social security number, their address zip code, and state or federal identification number.
Section 2. The penalty for any fraudulent vote digitally registered in place of or on behalf of a eligible citizen shall be a criminal penalty of up to $100,000.oo fine and or 20 years imprisonment for conviction for any fraudulent vote.
Section 3. The Congress shall have the power to fund and enforce this article by appropriate legislation and shall use agencies already in place and provide public information on how to enroll as soon as practice able but no later than 6 months prior to the described end date of amendment xxviii Section 2.
Amendment XXX
The fourteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States, Section 1. Is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. All Documented Citizen persons in the United States and or its several states and or it’s territories persons that are lawfully naturalized in the United States in accordance with current [as of this date] Supreme Court Rulings / Findings as to what Constitutes Citizenship and or Naturalization and are thereby subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, and are thereby citizens of the United states and are citizens of the State wherein they reside’, and or are legally present within the territories of the United States, And those documented to be lawfully present within the United States and or it’s territories, shall enjoy the provisions of the laws thereof of the United States and Not the congress or any State shall make or Enforce and or fail to enforce any law which shall abridge or fail to uphold the laws in accordance herewith and or abridge the privileges or immunities of the laws of the United States of such “Citizens of the United States or lawfully Present persons”; nor shall any State deprive any “Citizen of the United States, or lawfully Present Person” of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any “Citizens of the United States or lawfully present persons within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”.
Section 2. ANY and ALL persons [over the age of 18], who are not document-verifiably a Citizens of the United States and or are a not “a document verifiably legally present person within the United States and or it’s territories” as described in section 1 of this amendment, are considerable as “ILLEGALY PRESENT PERSONS” and shall be declarable and or construable as “criminals of the United States and the laws thereof and its jurisdictional authorities” as described herein,, and shall be arrest-able and or Detainable and Punishable by criminal suspicions’ and or prosecutions, within the laws of the United States for a period of 30 days of arrest for suspicion of being illegally present. Persons unable to provide within those 30 days proof of citizenship and or documentation of lawful presence in the united States shall be detained and held there from without the provisions of the laws of the United States thereof for persons of Citizenship and or lawfully present persons, and shall face penalties equal to a federal felony charge of violation of the federal and or state laws of the United States and or it’s territories, and shall not therefore [not being able to prove citizenship or that they are a lawfully present person within the united states within 30 days of arrest] enjoy the jurisdictional privileges’ or laws of the United states and or its several states afforded those who are either documented citizens of the United States and or are documented lawfully present persons within the United States as is described in this section and section 1. Of this amendment.
Section 3. Any and All persons who are reported to be and or are found to be within the united states illegally and are without documentation of citizenship and or legal presence in the united States or its several states or its territories on their person, thereby shall be construed as criminals of the laws of the United States and shall be arrested and provided 30 days from the date of their arrest to show documentation of citizenship or documentation of lawful presence and those who fall short of that ability shall be considered as illegally present within the united states or its territories and can and shall be continued to be detained and held as a criminal against the united states and or its terrorizes and such illegally present person shall upon finding indisputable as described above, be considered and or construable as an illegally present person shall be considered an enemy of the United States, and shall be immediately detained and or imprisoned as is provided for in this article / amendment, and while such persons are incarcerated, such persons will be afforded the same courtesies as that recognized by the Geneva Convention, and considered prisoners of the united States and shall be treated in accordance with the Geneva Convention as to treatment of prisoners as a criminal of the United States and shall enjoy throughout their imprisonment the ability by any means lawfully provide able, to provide such evidence to the contrary for conviction and or imprisonment to be overturned, and until such time as is made evident, such illegally present persons shall be made to work as a imprisoned person for the period of their incarceration.
Section 4. All Person’s who are subject to the prosecutions and or imprisonment as described in this article/amendment and are subject to the law described in this article/amendment… “and are free of any other suspected criminal activity and or conviction of any other criminal activity” shall enjoy a one time [AMNESTY] opportunity to voluntarily submit to and opt for being fingerprinted, photographed and deported to the country of their origin upon a facsimile of evidence that that is their country of origin.
Section 5. All who are subject to the prosecutions and or imprisonment as described in this amendment and are found to be in violation of the Federal and or state laws of the United States and its several states and or its territories and or who have exhausted the provisions described in section 4 of this article/amendment are subject to a minimum criminal penalty of $10,000.oo fine and or 5 years imprisonment up to a maximum of $100,000.oo fine and or 20 years imprisonment in a federally operated “ILLEAGLY PRESENT PERSON’S DETENTION FACILITY” and are lawfully thereby declared as lawfully imprisoned persons and shall be therein caused to work within the parameters to be set by congress within 1 year of the enactment of this article / amendment. And then shall be deported to the country of their origin upon any facsimile of evidence that that is their country of origin.
Section 6. All United States Citizen persons of the age of 18 years old or older, and or any and or all lawfully present persons within the Untied States shall be required to lawfully obtain and keep on their person and or maintain the required documentation readily available… documentation of United States Citizenship and or lawful presence within the United States.
Section 7. The Congress shall have the power and duty to fund for and enforce the accomplishment of this article /amendment by appropriate legislation and shall create an agency to be known as “the Citizen and present persons documentation advocacy agency”, and “ILLEAGLY PRESENT PERSON’S DETENTION FACILITIES”, to be built and opened and not contracted, and to operated and overseen by federal employees, and same detention facilities shall be open continuously to united nations humanitarian investigative personnel, and Congress will provide legislation to begin the accomplishment of the requirements of this Article /amendment’s described requirements no later than 1 year after this amendment becomes law and congress shall be henceforth authorized to continue to do so throughout the future for any increase in requirements of the necessities of the implementation of this article / amendment.
