WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – Uncovered documents show the U.S. State Department may have covered up allegations of illegal behavior ranging from sexual assaults to an underground drug ring.

CBS News reports that is has unearthed documents from the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), an internal watchdog agency, that implicate the State Department in a series of misconducts worldwide.

The memo, reported by CBS News’ John Miller, cited eight specific examples, including allegations that a State Department security official in Beirut “engaged in sexual assaults” with foreign nationals hired as embassy guards and the charge and that members of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s security detail “engaged prostitutes while on official trips in foreign countries” — a problem the report says was “endemic.”

Former State Department internal investigator Aurelia Fedenisn told CBS News, “We also uncovered several allegations of criminal wrongdoing in cases, some of which never became cases.”

Often times, other DSS agents were simply told to back off of investigations of high-ranking State Department members. Fedenisn told CBS that “hostile intelligence services” allow criminal behavior to continue.

In one such cover-up, investigators were told to stop probing the case of a U.S. ambassador who was suspected of patronizing prostitutes in a public park. The memo states that the ambassador was permitted to return to his post despite having, “routinely ditched…his protective security detail” in order to “solicit sexual favors from prostitutes.”

A draft of the Inspector General’s report on the performance of the Diplomatic Security Service, obtained by CBS News, states, “Hindering such cases calls into question the integrity of the investigative process, can result in counterintelligence vulnerabilities and can allow criminal behavior to continue.”

Fedenisn was part of the team that drafted the whistleblower report, and CBS News reports that two hours after the charges were reported, investigators from the State Department’s Inspector General showed up at her door.

A statement to CBS News states, “It goes without saying that the Department does not condone interference with investigation by any of its employees.”

Joe Biden says the president of the United States is preparing to take “executive actions” to deal with guns.

BuzzFeed reports:

Vice President Biden told White House allies in the gun control fight Thursday that President Obama will be announcing new executive actions on gun violence in the days after the Senate voted down a gun violence bill.

On a conference call with “stakeholders,” Biden told gun control advocates that the fight is not over and that eventual action on gun control will come. Press were not invited to the conference call; a participant provided BuzzFeed with access.

“Look I know you’re going to say that I’m just being an optimist and I’m trying to put a good face on this. But you know I’ve been around here a long time and we’ve already done, because of you, some really good things,” Biden said. “Number one, the president is already lining up some additional executive actions he’s going to be taking later this week.”

After the Newtown shootings, Obama took a number of executive actions to expand research into gun violence and other areas favored by the gun control community. He took the actions without Congressional approval, leading to outrage by some conservatives.

Gun control measures failed in the Democratic-controlled Senate earlier this week.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s “Mayors Against Illegal Guns” organization was revealed last fall to include a long list of mayors who, because of their convictions, were no longer eligible to own weapons themselves.

Now another embarrassment has surfaced for the organization.

According to a report from the Second Amendment Foundation, Mayor James Schiliro, of Marcus Hook, Pa., now is facing a long list of charges for allegedly trying to force an underage boy to perform sex acts – and then firing one of three handguns he grabbed at a wall when the boy refused.

New York Police Confiscating Firearms from People Taking Anti-anxiety Medication

The New York State Police are suspending the handgun permits of people in the state who are prescribed anti-anxiety medication, according to Jim Tresmond of the Tresmond Law Firm in Hamburg, New York. Tresmond Law specializes in firearm litigation.

“We are representing a client right now who is impacted by this onerous activity of the government,” Tresmond told WBEN, a news talk radio station in Buffalo, New York.

“We were flummoxed by this whole matter,” the attorney said. “The HIPPA act is supposed to prevent this kind of thing from happening. It’s a gross invasion of our privacy rights.”

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals’ medical records and other personal health information, according to the Department of Health and Human Services.

Tresmond said the New York State Police are responsible for taking action against legal firearms owners. “Based on information the county received from the New York State Police, they’ve suspended the permits. The State Police instigates the proceedings.”

Section 9.46 of the NY SAFE Act of 2013 authorizes therapists, doctors, nurses and social workers to report patients they determine may engage in conduct that may result in harm to self or others. If a determination is made that the person in question poses a threat, the provision permits the government to confiscate firearms. The provision is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment and the legal standard of probable cause.

Experts said many mental health providers will likely ignore the provision.

NY SAFE was passed by the New York State Legislature on January 15, 2013, and was signed into law by Governor Andrew Cuomo the same day.

Smart Growth and Stealth Zoning

In East Tennessee, the UN Agenda 21 Smart Growth plan is the five county local “Regional ” program called Plan East Tennessee (Regional Plan for Livable Communities), a plan which will eliminate private property rights in these five counties. (Link) It is the plan for Smart Growth.

The City of Knoxville applied for a federal grant from Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Sustainable Housing and Communities, while Governor Bill Haslam, a Republican, was Mayor of the City of Knoxville. Link

These grants, part of the Obama administration’s Partnership for Sustainable Communities, bring together HUD, Department of Energy, the Department of Transportation, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Two types of grants were awarded — those to update existing plans, and those to develop sustainability plans from scratch.  Knoxville’s Plan ET is from scratch and Knoxville received $4.32 million from the HUD grant.  Another $2.5 million came from a Consortium of partners which includes non-profits.  (As an aside, the Knoxville Utilities Board, KUB, received a $3.6 million grant from DOE, Department of Energy, to install smart meters.)

The Architectural firm, Wallace, Roberts, and Todd, (WRT), headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the Plan ET partner chosen to head the forums.  They were paid $1.7 million to accomplish the pre-determined outcome of these forums through facilitation of the Delphi Technique.  The Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC), another unelected commission, has $1,591,000 of the HUD/Plan ET monies in their account as of June 14, 2012.  Another $100,000 was given to the MPC for the costs of the forum locations and refreshments.  This leaves approximately $3.4 million in the City of Knoxville’s coffers, it is believed, since they are the ones who’d applied for the grant.

Governor Haslam has proven he is an EPA, Agenda 21 proponent, not only by allowing the application for the Smart Growth grant from HUD, but by his actions since becoming governor. Haslam has also refused to sign a resolution against Agenda 21, even though a Resolution has absolutely no binding power of law.  Link

In my previous article on NewsWithViews, “Mind Control and Smart Growth,” I explained that Knoxville is also a dues paying member of ICLEI since 2007.  From Tom DeWeese’s article, “Agenda 21 in One Easy Lesson” on ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives): “Communities pay ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Additional groups include American Planning Association, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies. The Foundation and government grants drive the process.”

On Thursday, March 21st, 2013, three of us attended a meeting of the Farragut City Council. About 20 people were in the audience at this meeting. The 2010 Census recorded 20,689 population for Farragut, which is part of Knox County.  Knox County is the largest of the five counties in Plan ET Smart Growth with a population of nearly 500,000.  Total population in the five county “region” of Plan ET is 700,000.  Obviously, very few people in the area go to their council or commission meetings, and this is where the damage is done to our freedoms.

The first person that spoke was Matt Barney, the developer of 52 acres, and he kept expounding on the Green Spaces they were developing, with fruit trees and gardens. He stated his whole development was a “green community.”  According to the zoning laws of the Town of Farragut, 35% of any development now has to be given over to green space.  For this developer, that means 17.74 acres of this 52 acre development.  It was originally 96 home sites, but was reworked to be 49 home sites for more “green space.”

So, developers in the Town of Farragut must give up more than one-third of their property for “green space” rather than building homes on all of the property they’ve purchased.  How would you like to buy a piece of land you intend to use, but then be told by the local politicians that more than one-third of that land cannot be used for the purpose you desire.  Just a little fascism sprinkled in for enjoyment.

Check out Farragut’s Planning Division.  The Division has their own Vision 2025 Smart Growth project, and they’ve already implemented bike lanes in their community.  They even have a Code Enforcement Division that reviews all commercial, office, and residential construction plans, grants permits and sets fees, does inspections and licensing and fees for plumbing/gas and mechanical contractors.  None of this sounds onerous.  However, once Smart Growth is part of the City’s plan, all of this can become draconian in nature. It is happening via zoning and codes by these council and commission members. Remember, this is a very small community of 21,000 people.  Yet, here is Smart Growth, which is in nearly every small town and city in the country.

After the council meeting, there were perhaps a dozen people left.  A presentation by the Knoxville Metropolitan Planning Commission regarding Plan ET was scheduled for the council members.  Three of the ten members left, so the presentation was given to the seven who were left.

Jeff Welch, Knoxville’s Regional Transportation Planning Organization Director, was there along with Metropolitan Planning Commission‘s, GIS (Geographical Information Services) manager, Tim Kuhn, to present the results of the Plan ET Smart Growth project thus far.  (GIS is the mapping of all the counties’ properties.) Tim Kuhn actually used the Delphi Technique on the Town Council members, just as was done at the Plan ET Forums we attended in 2012.  The council members were asked questions about the community, but were provided only multiple choice answers from which to choose. This was to decide what was important to them for their community and how it should “grow” in the next 30 years.  Most of the people on the council will not even be here in 30 years.  During his presentation, Tim Kuhn made the statement that 500 people in this five county “region” had given their “input” at the two series of Plan ET forums regarding what was important to them for their communities in the next 28 years.  So, from a population of 700,000 people, 500 people are deciding our future, without an election, by unelected members of the Metropolitan Planning Commission, and the architectural firm, skilled in the Delphi Technique, (video) who was hired to help them with the predetermined outcome.  Link

At the 2012 series forums, where the “public” was invited, the majority of those present were local government employees who had a vested interest in seeing these Smart Growth plans accomplished.  If those of us against UN Agenda 21 Smart Growth had not attended the forums, the only people giving “community input” would be the invited government shills.  Since they have a vested interest in Smart Growth they shouldn’t have even been voting at these Delphi meetings as it is a conflict of interest!  At one meeting, one of the invitees admitted she was a paid participant.  Of course!  They were all paid to go because they worked for the city, the county, the university, Oak Ridge National Laboratories, etc.

The Farragut Council was then told the results, all of which were scripted for their pre-determined outcome via their use of Rand Corporation’s mind-control Delphi Technique.  RAND developed the Delphi method in the 1950s for the U.S. Department of Defense.  It was originally intended for use as a psychological weapon during the cold war.  Remember, these people from the MPC and Wallace, Roberts, and Todd, also went into schools and used this same “exercise” on children who are not taxpayers!

Kuhn stated the community challenges were, lack of good jobs, highways and side roads needing repair, more public transportation, empty commercial buildings, improved education, protection of natural resources, and drug abuse problems.  He asked the Council members to rate these problems in how the region responds to same.  Kuhn stated the desire was to get people closer to their jobs, more transportation and transit services, more housing for the elderly in urban areas, and to contain “sprawl.”  Instead of population expanding further out in rural communities, he suggested their “results” from the forums stated this needs to be changed.

The entire meeting continued with how the “region” would grow in the next 30 years. Kuhn then discussed the different “regional growth” concepts and went through several different scenarios. He said this is “how we’ll grow and what the range of alternatives will be.”  He explained that these concepts came from the 500 people questioned in the Plan ET forums and then repeated almost word for word what is on the Plan ET website.

1.  The first “Trend concept” is “Business as Usual” – the way East Tennessee been growing for the last 30 years.  Kuhn states this is a “kind of grow out” in suburban areas pattern, following major roads, mostly suburban apartments and suburban single family home neighborhoods, and private vehicles are needed.

2.  The “Spread Out” or “Grow Everywhere” pattern – closer to nature, more rural, embraces that growth can occur everywhere in the “region.”  Growth occurs mainly in suburban and rural areas, with minimal growth in the region’s cities and towns. New development is car-friendly and grows primarily into undeveloped areas. New homes are largely developed in suburban neighborhoods and on rural lots that were once farmland and open space.

3.  Corridors – growing along the regions highways, interstates, and major roads, in more of a linear form, keeping employment in the same areas as shopping, and outside of these areas is suburban housing, different types of subdivisions, and apartments.

4. Centers Concept – The centers concept focuses on growing the region’s cities and towns, as well as creating identity in today’s suburban places by redeveloping aging commercial areas with both businesses, homes and adjacent neighborhoods that are a short walk or bike ride away.  Regional transit connects the centers and local transit is improved.

5. Cities and Towns Concept – Literally using the cities and towns in the regions where most of the growth would occur in a reinvestment and redevelopment of the cities and towns.  Using some of the corridor concept to have more compact shopping, employment, neighborhood development, and other forms of housing which is smaller and within closer proximity to business/shopping/etc.  Also bigger investments in local transit with high frequency transit moving throughout the most populace parts of the region.  Creating an environment that is supportive of a variety of ways of getting around (car, bike, walk and transit).

All the above scenarios sound pretty innocuous, don’t they?  The final plans however, intend the elimination of private vehicles and travel to be only by local transit, bike, or your feet, and you will live in high density housing.  How do they accomplish these goals?  Zoning, annexation (Babelay Farm in Knoxville), codes, taxes, etc. ad nauseum, are all accomplished through your local county commission, and city or town councils.  The local planning commission people are unelected…they are appointed.  In Knoxville, the City appoints seven members and the County appoints 8 members to the Metropolitan Planning Commission.  We cannot get rid of them because they are not elected!

The propaganda campaign to keep us in the dark starts with the American Planning Association (APA). From page 34, of APA’s, “The Planning Commissioner’s Guide,” A number of communities across the country have integrated sustainability into their Comprehensive Plans.  Examples include:

Like the developer who had to give up 35% of his purchased land for “green space,” how much land are you willing to give up that already belongs to you?  Guess what?!  They’re going to incrementally take all your land, all 100% of it, and it’s happening right now!  Are you ready to give up everything you’ve worked for all your lives? It will be too late when you are marched off to the FEMA camps.  Either you put forth some effort now, just as our founders did then, or you’re just as guilty as the perpetrators.

On May 1, 1958, a group of 32 Marxist sympathizers met in a Chicago hotel, planning the future disintegration of the American States. Organized by Soviet operatives, they were artists, writers, Hollywood producers, social theorists, professors, politicians and miscellaneous, hardcore Marxists.

Somehow they managed to evade the keen eye of CIA counterintelligence head James Angleton, who had been tracking members of the operation relentlessly, revealing moles and snagging spy networks like a spider in his web. He warned of Soviet disinformation and deception campaigns, which he believed reached into the U.S. government even then – but this one, far under the radar, went undetected.

Hours and many arguments later their plans ran aground as they concluded the U.S. military was too strong for any direct assault and the nation’s mindset was decidedly anti-communist. This would all have to change.

Hashing out a long-range plan decade by decade, they hoped to change public perception, weaken American resolve and install their man in the White House within 30 years. It took 50.

Only an elite core understood the scope of the plan in its entirety, and later operatives were approached considering their personality, weaknesses and pride. Justice issues were peddled to attract philosophers and future politicians, while intellectuals and universities were plied with flattery, attention and serious money. Artists, actors and public relations specialists played starring role years later in a plot so spectacularly unlikely that it wouldn’t pass as believable in a John le Carre novel.

Decade after decade the goals hammered out that night by the committee were eventually met:

• By the 1960s, much of Hollywood and leftist intellectuals function as Marxist shills
• Marxist criticism and analysis is required for many higher degrees.
• Church, traditional morality and loyalty is ridiculed in popular culture
• Americans are utterly dependant on popular culture, which is saturated by leftists.
• Marxists fill posts in media, colleges, courts, politics – even the church
• Constant bombardment of U.S. unilateral disarmament and capitulation to United Nations demands

But the big prize kept ripening on the stem just out of reach for decades, an open, unapologetic communist in the White House. This required intense planning and a virtual convergence of factors in their favor: willing accomplices in media and Congress, voters equally ignorant of history and the Constitution and a flexible, change agent of their own creation.

9/11 opened the gates of destabilization and national soul-searching while several guerilla-Marxist art collectives saw their chance and rushed in. Quebec-based Deoconiste led the charge aided by the disarmingly named MASS-x, Angry Fishwives, Voxb#x and TuT-tUt.

Deoconiste’s members were fiercely Marxists first, artists peripherally (neo-Dada-Marxist, anarchists) and the type Angleton worried he would somehow miss. They considered their art to consist of political intervention and toyed with the idea of placing an massive, avant-garde art installation in the White House. Propaganda specialists from the USSR and Eastern Europe had migrated over to give them a hand, and some of their original members had attended the 1958 meeting and kept the vision alive. Expat Soviet experts on miscommunication and deception theory joined the team, infiltrating the generally unsuspecting national media in North America.

Voxb#x specialized in sloganeering and the science of visual and verbal meme campaigns, prepared for a long campaign. In 1972 they began to secretly approach far-left members of Democratic Party, which had been infiltrated and softened for the coup over four decades.

While Marxist clubs and instructors had flourished on U.S. campuses since the 1920s, “AngryFishWives” and spinoff groups were sent to organize the ranks while headhunting for new talent and student volunteers. The name refers to hoards of angry fishwives who threatened Marie Antoinette before the French Revolution. The (neo) “wives” worked with community organizers with similar missions, such as ACORN.

TuT-tUt is far weirder than the name. They combined results of social science experiments such as mass delusion and crowd control in staged events involving music, drama, drugs and multi-media. Marxists game-theoretic models were worked into social science experiments on undermining or building trust. Ironically, TuT-tUt used information commissioned by military intelligence and the CIA to do this.

Originally formed by students and staff at UCLA Film School, MASS-x’s Marxist ideology trickled into Hollywood through the years like a diseased blood transfusion. Later the industry indirectly supported the group’s goals through economic cronyism from leftist gentry, huge grants and unearned promotions.

From virtual reality to the Real Deal

The progeny of MASS-x, newly pumped with cultural victories over conservative America, wanted more control over the White House and D.C. Secret planning sessions after 9/11 between most media outlets, leftist politicians, wealthy donors and unknown hosts led to a declaration of virtual war and a plan; fashion our man from scratch for the presidency.

Needing a blank canvas on which to cast their collective vision, they searched for a human Tabula Rosa, and many fingers pointed to Barrack Obama.

He was young and photogenic, a necessity for the massively visual Hollywood, blockbuster-style public relations campaign they planned. Neither black nor white, Obama could play the race card both ways and read a speech well.

The best part of Obama was his formlessness, the votes he never bothered to cast as an Illinois senator, the missing Selective Service and other records and the multiple personalities and pseudonyms he amassed by a young age.

Promoted through college by wealthy Saudi benefactors and the relentless, Chicago political machine, his tutors and benefactors Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn recognized Obama’s potential to spread Marxist power even then. You could do anything with a man like that.

The 2008 presidential campaign was a giant, ongoing, social experiment on America’s citizens. Could their perception and emotions be controlled using new media, mindless slogans and repetition? Would mass public disapproval and primitive psychological punishment, shame relatively conservative citizens into electing an unknown man primarily because of his color?

Hyped through Internet experts in social trust and deception, Obama’s empty phrases and patchy background were crafted into a solidly real man. The mass of citizens were tired of war and trouble and searching for a savior. Open ended “hope” and undefined “change” were filled in by individual minds who set aside rational thought and went with along with the highly entertaining program of the first design president.

My big, fat disclaimer:

The assertions I make here are largely factual, but not all the details are. Consider it fictionalized history. Guerilla art collectives, some persons, dates and meetings are speculated details, while major action and background of the recent elections are historic fact.

Why create fictionalized scripts concerning Obama’s past when there is already so much damning evidence of his split loyalties? Won’t this just be assigned to the scrap pile of conspiracy theories already clogging the blogosphere? Yes, and that’s the point.

States Under Republican Leadership Fall For the Carrot: Children Sold-Out for a Profit

The Next Generation School agenda will use “Personally Identifiable Information,” (PII), to create this ” learning genome” or the IEP for the individual child. Data has been UNLOCKED by Obama, so that, any foundation, business, corporation, non-profit, etc, can access data for free from personal micro-records collected by the government through testing and record keeping, to align software and curriculum for children to meet  these government Common Core Standards.  A customized, individual education plan, or Individual Education Plan (IEP) will be developed for every child, and technology will help the system accomplish their goals.

Families will be drawn into this agenda by stroking them into believing this IEP is for the good of their child.  They will use words like learning styles, citizenship, character, career paths, civic learning and engagement. Here is the point, these attributes sound good, but they cannot be tested and scored in a pluralistic society. Do you want your child to be taught to the best of their abilities, or do you want them to be stymied toward only attaining government standards? One is a ceiling, the other is a floor.  Remember the design down approach.  You will design down from a ceiling, the only content that will be taught are Common Core Standards: you design up from the floor where the sky is the limit. The United States never had a ceiling on knowledge and we can confirm and document that there is a “Deliberate Dumbing Down of America”  (author, Charlotte Iserbyt). We are talking about functional literacy, but with the right attitudes and values.

Ask yourself this question, “How do you measure character, or honesty, and integrity?”  What is measured in Citizenship? How will these standards be scored? The answer is psychological testing and probing, writing about argumentation and challenging the students point of view or fixed beliefs. The National Assessment of Educational Progress, (NAEP), researched the testing of attitudes and values in Pennsylvania.  Documents show that the Department of Education said it depended on the sophistication of your school district as whether you told parents about the testing.  Citizenship tested thresholds, self esteem tested locus of control.  They came under the umbrella of Quality Goals of Education,  all scored to a minimum positive attitude according to reward and punishment, all according to the government group goals and group efforts…collectivism.  Pennsylvania had to withdraw this controversial test. Is it appearing again in computerized IEP’s?

Notice that the assessments, which are most important to collecting data on the individual, are linked to a new kind of credentialing.  This new diploma will determine who is college bound or career bound in workforce training. The 20-80 percent agenda applies, those selected for college, those selected for workforce training. The agenda for teaching careers, starting in Kindergarten, or before in pre-school, will direct the child’s learning path.  ACT reported this past summer that testing will begin in Kindergarten to test the whole child to direct them toward a career. Work Keys, also an ACT credentialing program for the workforce also tests students in the affective domain, the testing of attitudes.  These workforce standards were all spelled out in SCANS, Secretaries Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills, from the Department of Labor. School to Work accomplishes the goal through direct intervention and guidance toward a new caste system of work that is being designed for Americans.  At the State of the Union address the President also talked about a Race to the Top for high schools:  “The President will call on Congress to consider value, affordability, and student outcomes in making determinations about which colleges and universities receive access to federal student aid, either by incorporating measures of value and affordability into the existing accreditation system; or by establishing a new, alternative system of accreditation that would provide pathways for higher education models and colleges to receive federal student aid based on performance and results.”  A Degree Qualification Profile is also being developed for college students by the Lumina Foundation documented in The Crucible Moment,  Civic Learning and Engagement for global citizenship.  Same standards, same objectives, testing college students in the affective domain, no one escapes having the ‘right attitudes.’

Teacher training must also change to the new agenda.  Differentiated roles, new career pathways, modular use of people and resources, redefined preparation, selection, licensing, and development.

In summary, this is a synopsis of current developments with questions that should be answered.

Data is ” unlocked” by President Obama.  He awards specific private partnerships to develop systems, technology, software, and curriculum toward individual students meeting common core standards. These partnerships have been experimenting in Race to the Top school districts.  Link

FERPA is expanded  January, 2012, without Congressional oversight. New regulations permits any organization, business, non-profit, foundation, etc., to be a “school official” that can access individual records of individual students for research. This expansion will include the private partnerships who will gain to make huge profits alluded to in unlocking the data.

The individualized packages become ” learning genomes” that test and teach to the whole child.  The whole child includes a psychological component of attitudes, emotions,  values, and beliefs.  What values will be taught? Who controls the standards?  Can a computerized model teach attitudes and values? Will social justice and economic democracy be taught? Will the subject matter have a conservative or liberal bent? Who decides what the standards will be?

Do these contractors pay for the data on our children?  Are they using the data to make a profit?  Example, are contractors developing testing, software, or curriculum that must be paid for by the taxpayer when they get our children’s data for free? Most businesses PAY for lists of people and are very expensive. Who are the contractors? Are these businesses just vendors out to make a profit?

Experts in tax law say that non-profit organizations like ACT, a testing contractor, the Pearson Foundation, as well as, their partnership with the Gates Foundation who are creating “a full series of digital instruction resources,”  appear to be using their tax exempt foundations to push its business interests.  Is this a violation of the federal tax code? How many other non-profit organizations are using this data for profit?

Once data was unlocked by Obama, FERPA was relaxed, the issue of longitudinal data collection that follows an individual from birth to career has a huge new privacy concern.  The “unlocked” data on an individual is now allowed to be accessed by “others”  deemed school officials other than the Strict guidelines that were proposed under the Hanson Memorandum which required that under the ‘‘audit or evaluation exception,’’ only an authorized representative of a State educational authority must be a party under the direct control of that authority, e.g., an employee or a contractor to access the data. FERPA rescinds the Hanson Memorandum which open the flood gates of data flowing to outside contractors now called school officials. The issue becomes, who has direct access?

The new direction in education is that the money funded through Title I will, ” follow the child.”  This, in effect, will have curriculum and software that would directly “affect” the individual child in a customized, or personalized education plan to meet government standards. In other words, particular organizations will have direct access to each students’ profile to test and prepare instructional programs toward government goals on the computer. Nothing will come between the child and the computer.

Is the datum on individuals, which will assuredly be used for the personalized education modules in the new ESEA Title I regulations and new IDEA regulations being proposed, paid for as Intellectual Property to that individual, since a profit will be made on their information that is collected without their consent or the consent of the parent?  Is your child a commodity for their personal data to be sold without your permission and without reasonable compensation? These proposed regulations will have federal dollars ” follow the child.”  Are there not federal protections?

Data trafficking between the Department of Education and other outside contractors may contribute to violations of Cyber Security Laws when re-disclosure of personally identifiable data is shared and does NOT request informed written parental permission of uses. Is the DOE taking chances that security will not be breached on data that is so personal and private? Is it legal to allow outside contractors access to children’s records? Is this safe? Where are the federal protections for children?

It’s NOT about academics. What type of data is being collected by the testing contractors?  ACT, a testing contractor, states that it is testing the “whole child”. Is psychological information being collected to produce curriculum for ” behavior change?” This is a quote directly from the testing contractor,  “The assessment would look beyond academics to get a complete picture of the whole student,”  stated Jon Erickson of ACT. “There would be interest inventories for students, as well as assessment of behavioral skills for students and teachers to evaluate.”  Are these tests legally allowed to use psychological tests without informed parental consent? Is this a revisiting from the old External Quality Assessment/National Assessment of Educational Progress (EQA/NAEP) from Pennsylvania?

Demand an investigation into the illegal dissemination of personally identifiable information from the Department of Education regarding these possible violations of privacy.  Carbon copy everyone. Newspapers, privacy organizations, everyone.

These questions  MUST be answered by your Congressman and Senator once they understand the violations of privacy, freedom, and other violations of law.  Investigate FERPA. Stop Choice and the ESEA Title I stipends for individual students with federal strings attached. Stop psychological testing without informed written consent. Stop unconstitutional Charter Schools. Dismantle the Department of Education.

Comments described as ‘potential major warning’ of Obama’s intent

A forensic profiler who worked on the disappearance of Natalie Holloway and the double-murder case against O.J. Simpson says he is becoming alarmed by some of the references President Obama is using.

Andrew G. Hodges, M.D., who wrote “The Obama Confession: Secret Fear, Secret Fury,” previously said Obama’s statement “I am not a dictator” actually meant, “I am the dictator president.”

Hodges also concluded Obama unconsciously confessed to stealing the 2012 election.

On Hodges’ website, Steven A. Egger, associate professor of criminology at the University of Houston, Clear Lake, has written that Hodges’ technique is “becoming the cutting edge of forensic science.”

“Dr. Hodges’ investigation of forensic documents in the Natalee Holloway case indicates that his ‘thoughtprint decoding method’ and ‘reading between the lines’ is, in fact, becoming a major contribution to law enforcement tools used by criminal investigators,” wrote Egger.

Hodges is not new to the field, already having identified killers by studying ransom notes, emails, letters and police interviews to spot secret confessions. He decoded Simpson’s “suicide note” to confirm Simpson had committed a double murder. He deciphered the JonBenet Ramsey ransom note in Boulder, Colo., to identify the child’s killer. He decrypted letters from BTK to predict that he was about to kill again – the only profiler to do so. He studied statements by Joran van der Sloot and Deepak Kalpoe to tie them to the slaying of Holloway. He showed how Casey Anthony secretly confessed to killing her daughter in 200 letters written to a jail mate. He even decoded Bill Clinton’s comments about Monica Lewinsky.

In his newest analysis, he looks further into Obama’s statements in his press conference about the sequester issue in which he berated Republicans for not doing what he wants.

Hodges said “another spontaneous image” appeared from Obama’s “super intelligence.”

“Asked whether he couldn’t have pushed negotiations until a deal was reached, Obama replied, ‘I can’t have Secret Service block the doorway,’” Hodges explained

“He suggests the secret wish to block the Republicans from the door to the government. Failing to negotiate, he has made every effort to demonize/crush Republicans to gain total control of the government after the 2014 election. His ‘have Secret Service’ image further suggests a desire to totally control major government law enforcement agencies– to block any opposition,” Hodges said.

“The frightening image ‘of blocking the doorway’ to those who oppose him suggests progressively ideas of imprisonment/forced containment, and a picture of martial law. Extreme? Likely so for now but equally a potential major warning of his true intent – if everything fell into place,” he said.

But Hodges noted objective actions that fit the pattern, such as the government’s purchase of 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition, the estimated 145,000 federal agents with firearm- carry authority and the 65,000 agents for the Department of Homeland Security alone.

Then, he said, there’s the report that a Minnesota company was selling to the federal government cutout targets “designed to ‘desensitize police’ to ‘nontraditional threat targets.”

The targets included pregnant women, children, older people and other civilians in neighborhood settings – all holding guns. The company reported law enforcement designed and ordered the targets.

“In your wildest imagination, who in law enforcement needs desensitization to such targets?

Hodges noted that even activists on the left have expressed concern. Medea Benjamin, co-founder of the left-wing Code Pink, in a recent WABC radio interview with host Aaron Klein, called the potential abuse by the Obama administration’s huge domestic police power “extremely troubling.”

“Recall Obama’s earlier words which, importantly, he made spontaneously, strongly pointing toward an unconscious confession. ‘We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded [as the military].’

“What exactly was he thinking and why? Undeniably this was extreme: a civilian force just as well funded and strong as our military – implying majorly armed. The question is what exactly was Obama secretly confessing about his future plans? His unconscious super intelligence suggests a warning from a very dangerous Obama,” Hodges contends.

The violent imagery Obama used in his first inaugural stunned Hodges. He cited “sacrifices borne by our ancestors,” “perils we can scarcely imagine,” “stained with blood,” “earlier generations faced down fascism …with missiles and tanks … and enduring convictions.”

And Obama’s references to “leaders” include: “those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents,” “leaders … who seek to sow conflict, or blame their … ills on the West” and “the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms.”

“As always, Obama’s super intelligence (guided by a deeper moral compass) suggests ways to stand up to him and the danger he presents,” Hodges wrote, quoting, “Work tirelessly to lessen the nuclear threat, and roll back the specter of a warming planet.”

The profiler said Obama’s behavior “shouts at us.”

“The background of murderous drone attacks he personally took delight in supervising – a suggestion of just how furious he is,” he wrote, noting Obama’s “pattern” of weakening the U.S. militarily and citizens individually by cutting budgets and restricting gun rights.

“Throw into the mix the seemingly extreme idea of using drones on the American people but still a possibility and we have yet another issue of war against the citizens,” Hodges said.

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., staged a nearly 13-hour filibuster because the administration refused to confirm for him that Americans on U.S. soil would not be killed by Obama-ordered drone strikes.

“Remember, too, Obama was an Alinsky trainer. And Alinsky’s motto was “trick” – deception from within – followed by revolution and social chaos,” Hodges said.

“One thing we can say for certain is that America is in a very precarious place. And such an angry wounded president arming a civilian force to the maximum when speaking of an apocalypse, evil on the horizon and a dictator president – along with his need to control law enforcement – presents an extreme warning.”

Hodges previously noted Obama’s reference to two sci-fi movies.

“He suggested the idea, ‘I should somehow do a ‘Jedi mind-meld’ with these folks [Republicans] and convince them to do what’s right.’ He used a mixed image from two sci-fi shows,” Hodges explained. “First he alluded to a Jedi ‘mind trick’ used on weak-minded foes (‘Star Wars’ films) implying his continued mind games to trick subservient foolish Americans.

“His spontaneous ‘Star Wars’ image also references his war on the Republicans – efforts to discredit them so that he can affect the next election and control both houses of Congress in his dictatorial behavior. (He also suggests his war on the military – to weaken it.)

“Finally he implies in the ‘mind-meld’ technique he’s opening his unconscious mind up and we can read it if we know how – just as Commander Spock in ‘Star Trek’ would let others read his mind to provide them with special insightful messages,” he said.

He suggested Obama has been exaggerating the impact of the sequester to “unconsciously paint a true picture of his overall destructive plan.”

“His super intelligence looks into the future and sees the result of his plans long-term,” Hodges said.

“Middle-class families will ‘have their lives disrupted in significant ways.’ He predicts that Americans one day will know the economy didn’t have to suffer if bad decisions (his) had been averted. We ask which does greater damage: a 2 percent budget cut or his obvious long-term plan of crippling rising debt and increased taxes?”

Hodges also suggested Obama is revealing a coming “apocalypse” by saying, “There’s not going to be an apocalypse.”

“When he wonders (regarding Republicans) if he could do something else ‘to make these guys not paint horns on my head’ we indeed should be frightened beyond belief. He suggests America is in for a devil of a time to put it mildly – that deep down he harbors evil intentions,” Hodges said.

DHS To Buy 360,000 More Rounds of Hollow Point Ammunition

Arms build-up continues as Congress demands answers

While the Department of Homeland Security continues to ignore members of Congress demanding to know why the federal agency is engaged in an apparent arms build-up, the DHS has just announced it plans to purchase another 360,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition to add to the roughly 2 billion bullets already bought over the past year.

The DHS has now purchased over 2 billion rounds of ammo.

A solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities website details the DHS’ plan to purchase 360,000 rounds of “Commercial leaded training ammo (CLTA) Pistol .40 caliber 165 grain, jacketed hollow point.” The bullets are to be delivered to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico, the same destination for 240,000 hollow point rounds which were purchased only last month.

Although the DHS has attempted to explain its mammoth purchase of ammunition by claiming the bullets are being acquired in bulk to save money and that they are for training purposes only, this has been disputed by reputable voices such as former Marine Richard Mason, who told reporters with WHPTV News in Pennsylvania earlier this month, “We never trained with hollow points, we didn’t even see hollow points my entire four and a half years in the Marine Corps.”

Hollow point bullets are almost twice as expensive as full metal jackets, therefore the DHS’ explanation that it is buying huge quantities in bulk to “save money” doesn’t make sense.

As we reported yesterday, concerns about the apparent arms build-up are growing, with retired United States Army Captain Terry M. Hestilow sending a letter to Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) warning that the ammo purchases represent “a bold threat of war by that agency (DHS), and the Obama administration, against the citizens of the United States of America.”

Questions from members of Congress about why the federal agency is buying up ammo, exacerbating shortages across the country, have been met with silence.

- Kansas Congressman Timothy Huelscamp said last week that threats should be made to withdraw funding from the DHS if it didn’t explain why it was purchasing so many bullets, remarking, “They have no answer for that question. They refuse to answer to answer that.”

- Earlier this month, New Jersey Congressman Leonard Lance said, “Congress has a responsibility to ask Secretary Napolitano as to exactly why these purchases have occurred,” signaling his intention to get answers.

- Californian Congressman Doug LaMalfa and 14 of his House colleagues have written a letter to the Department of Homeland Security asking if the purchases are, “being conducted in a manner that strategically denies the American people access to ammunition.”

Although members of Congress are treating the matter with the seriousness it deserves, the mainstream and leftist media have attempted to ridicule the entire issue as a conspiracy theory, with Atlantic Wire even suggesting that the story had its origins in a debunked email, a report that completely failed to even mention the admitted fact that the DHS had purchased around 2 billion bullets.

While the DHS continues to purchase bullets in large quantities, police departments have been forced to barter amongst each other in a desperate scramble to meet their ammo needs.
