  1. I worked in a bakery in the mid-1960s. Our regular price for fresh-baked, sliced sandwich bread was 5 loaves for $1.00

  2. i remember a commercial from around 1976 mc donalds you can buy a burger, a small fries and small drink and get change back from your dollar.,.. or how about i remember when gas was $1.89 a gallon george bush was president and the democrats about had a coniption fit that gas was so staggeringly high heck under das leader gas has hovered around $4.00 a gallon and not word one has been uttered. i think a pack of smokes is now around $7.00 a pack i remember when you could drop a couple of quarters into a vending machine and get a pack of smokes and change back plus a book of matches and not even have to proof you were what ever the heck the age is to buy smokes. obama must go…
