We saw a sight like this at Disney’s Hollywood Studios a couple of years ago. There were 2 men and 2 women standing in 90+ degree heat, the men in shorts, and the women in head-to-toe black burkas. Ironically, they were standing at foot of the Tower of Terror!!!
