Oh, what we have to look forward to…yikes! We watched Soylent Green last night and I couldn’t help thinking that’s what it’s going to look like in a year or two. Double yikes.

POORegon, leading the way into obamacare with CCO (coordinated care organizations led by gov. TAXHABER (kitzhaber). Little good will come out of these CCO’s except certain BIG insurance companies will get millions, billions of federal money (like Pacifisource) to ‘set up’ these CCO’s with little to NO public disclosure.
I know all too well the pitfalls and long delays, being pushed into a corner by managed care.

How about the bit where they can go into your bank account? And then there’s the part about inserting biochips. Part of that rule was written before Obamacare was passed, to be enacted later. Yes, we will have to submit or you will lose benefits.
Please, folks, stop the rumors. I’ve looked into this. Obamacare does not mandate any insertion of biochips! The words “implant” or “chips” are NOT in the final version of the legislation that is law.

That is why I refused to go for a spinal nerve stimulator implant. After talking the company representative I decided to pass. Who knows what might be in the electronics of this gizmo with a remote charger and I have to permanently wired after a week’s trial with an external one first? NO, too 1984 for me and with only a 35% percent chance of this helping my severe pain, double no.
The leeches and bleeding of the humors would not be covered but I bet a witch doctor would be, especially one from Kenya!

I thank all of you for your comments. However, with regard to the “implants” and “biochips” issue, Dr. Eowyn has already researched this query and her post set forth on July 9th indicates from the facts that these terms are not set forth in this law.
I must say that the homeopathic/new age video is absolutely hilarious! I laughed so hard when I saw it!
I guess I am in the minority here. I don’t want o-care, but I would trade my insurance for homeo/naturopath care any day. This clip was funny, but painted with a very broad brush. I think in reality the o-care docs would just prescribe xyz for anything and everything. Following clip is annoying, but funny, and true!
I COMPLETELY agree with you. People can laugh them off, but I’m a big user of herbal remedies. I never use antibiotics for strep, for example, because cayenne knocks it out in a day. Not trying to push this on anyone…just want the right not to be forced to purchase something I am never going to use.
BTW – this kid is a Christian…and hilarious.

My apologies,
I was not stating that obamacare mandated microchips or implanted devices. I was just stating my suspicions from a personal view and a distrust, suspicion of implanted electronic devices save for a Pacemaker or a pain pump.Such devices are not for me unless it is for my heart.
I read the above link when it was posted here and actually read a large portion of the obamacare bill. Painful reading at that.
