God bless each and every one
God Bless these young people who gave their all for our great nation. They are with the Angels now.
Tears….
Why are our soldiers still in Afghanistan and, despite what the Obama administration said, Iraq too. Didn’t our govt announce that the War On Terror has ended? [snark]
That was my first thought too. My prayers go out to their families…so young.
We need to leave. I feel for sorry for the people (especially the women) suffering under the Taliban and Sharia, but we just can’t rescue them all. Our military has done everything that we could possibly ask of them, and their sacrifice continues with no real end in sight. Unless we just leave, our men and women will still be dying there 10 and 20 years from now. It is a just and noble cause, and EVERY Afghan vet should be proud of his or her service, but it just isn’t a realistically sustainable effort at this point.
My heart goes out to every family of a killed or wounded soldier.
Ditto!
We simply refuse to learn from the Soviet Union’s debacle and our failure there. The Afghan War is now the United States’ longest war. I don’t even know exactly why our soldiers are there anymore.
U.S. out of Afghanistan!!!!
Yep we need to leave. Unfortunately our soldiers are deploying there until 2014. My adopted soldier is there right now
I pray they stay safe until this is officially over.
5 men and 1 woman lost their lives at such a young age. Their families will have much grieving to do and our country will bear yet another scar. I wish we could find peace but I think everything will be escalating rather than defusing. PRAY!
It’s time to bring our soldiers home from Ashcanistan.
I am sick to death of seeing them being used as cannon fodder for a bunch if illiterate primitive ingrates, and have to get a lawyers permission to even defend themselves against them.
Enough is enough.
