CNSNews.com)– In keeping with his “We Can’t Wait” initiative, President Barack Obama has once again asserted that if Congress does not enact his policies in the future, he will continue to forge ahead on his own.
“When Congress refuses to act, Joe and I are going to act,” Obama said on Tuesday, with Vice President Joe Biden at his side. “In the months to come, wherever we have an opportunity, we’re going to take steps on our own to keep this economy moving.”
Obama, speaking at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building near the White House, praised Congress for voting to extend the payroll tax cut. He said this helps the middle class, adding that he will fight for middle class voters regardless of what Congress does.
“With or without Congress, I’m going to continue to fight for them. I do hope Congress joins me instead of spending the coming months in a lot of phony political debates focusing on the next election.”
Earlier Tuesday, the White House announced that as part of its “We Can’t Wait” campaign, the Departments of Agriculture and Commerce will expand the federal government’s purchase of bio-based products, promote regional rural job creation efforts, and develop a rural health care workforce.
“The actions we are taking will bring new economic investments to our rural communities, to ensure the people who live in these towns have a better, brighter future,” said Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, who chairs the White House Rural Council.

Now the future enslavement of rural Americans is being ensured by another unholy trinity – Economic Development Administration (EDA), Delta Regional Authority and the Appalachian Regional Commission.
The regional authorities are blatant Agenda 21 programs.
Here’s just a short list of the atrocious workings of the Economic Development Administration:
One EDA boondoggle highlighted by Proxmire is memorialized on the Internet. The EDA funded grants to Bedford, Indiana to build limestone replicas of the Great Wall of China and the Egyptian pyramid of Cheops. An EDA official at the time said that the grants “gave promise of bringing some economic development to a very poor part of Indiana.”32 The project was never completed, and there is a picture and description of the project on a webpage called “the cursed pyramid.”33
Unfortunately, the EDA is only one of many federal agencies that claim to promote “economic development.” The GAO has identified 86 federal programs in 10 federal agencies and various commissions that provide economic development funding.34 The GAO has counted 27 different federal agencies—one of which is the EDA—that provide funding for water infrastructure.35 Thus, the EDA is a good example of the duplication and redundancy that pervades the federal budget.
Is there anyone that believes that Agenda 21 has not been fully implemented in the United States? The king and his enablers are afraid of rural Americans:
- They tend to be religiously conservative
- They cling to their God and their guns
- They are self sufficient
- They possess skills that render the government superfluous
- They take care of their own children
- They take care of their own senior citizens
- They grow their own food
- They have their own water supply
- They are suspicious of the government
- They often barter, which involves nothing taxable
The fact is, that rural Americans can get by without Big Brother, and Big Brother doesn’t like that. The king will continue to form more “regional authorities,” until he gets every American that owns a couple of acres and a private well, fully integrated into the Agenda 21 program. All under the phoney, simpering slogan of “We can’t wait.” You see, people that make their own clothing and grow their own food, aren’t contributing to the benefit of the global society. Country folks – Big Brother says you’re better off living in the utopian sustainable cities, and letting your land go back to “mother earth.”

Quite scary since we live in the middle of nowhere, own several acres, and have a well. Our water is way better than the finest to be bought. Barry better stay the hell away from these mountains–he has NO idea what these local people are like!!
The self-deluded “King” can only do this with the complicity or tolerance of Congress. It’s time for impeachment.

Well, it is not as complicated if you just have a well for your home, but we live on top of the Ogallala Aquifer in Texas, we farm and ranch over 10,000 acres, we have our own wells. We found out a couple of mnths ago They have started regulating our water for crops. We are growing corn, wheat, cotton, soybeans, mylo. Things that feed ppl. Not only that, we are in the middle of one of the worst droughts ever! Dry land farming does not even exist here anymore. Another thing, we run cattle…..the less wheat we can produce, the less cattle we are able to graze. The drought was so horrible that for the first yr we could not cut silage, green corn cut for cattle feed. They are now limiting our water for crops. If last yr no one could produce silage, even with unlimited irrigation, what will our crops look like with limited water in 115 degree heat?
Don’t forget ppl, SOYBEANS WERE ONE OF THE BIGGEST ITEMS THE USA EXPORTED INTO CHINA! Here is a link:

Miranda – they really are after the water. There are 27 government agencies that have been created to “deal with water infrastructure.” It is about control. Please familiarize yourself with the Law of the Sea Treaty. It as much as says that your water and mineral rights are worth diddly squat!

I have began to dive into what u sent me to yesterday….that is why I am so furious today. But I set down and talked to my Dad last night about it. He was way more up to speed then he had let on before. He asked me “why the hell I thought he was on all of the committees he was on?” I knew he lobbied in Washington DC, but I never really knew what for exactly and I never really understood the number of committees he was actually on. I just knew that mom and him traveled a lot. He feels that these are the places he can make the most impact. My husband has began to get involved….we just did not fully comprehend the magnitude of what he was nominated to. We do now….I was just blind until now. A lot going on behind the scenes here.
I mean I am LIVID right now….I could not sleep last night! This is really, really scary! And they are succeeding in doing it right under our noses! I keep up with what is going on in our world, and it still totally blindsided me. Think bout the ones that do not even think about it! All I know to do is pray !

On America 2050 they call us an uproductive area….that is their opinion. When I look around the USA, we are one of the most productive areas considering that we are still exporting grains to China. Here, production starts in the Fall and ends in the Summer….its clockwork. Something is ALWAYS produced, and it is ALWAYS God’s production. Not everyone is college educated but they start work when the sun comes up and do not quit until the sun goes down. Common Sense is more important than College Educated. How is that not productive? Sooner or later something will have to give and it will be Us againest Them. There are no more grey areas to hide in.
Ya I get it, having grown up on a farm in Oklahoma and my dad and brother are still active farmers I see what is going on. My dad doesn’t but my brother does. But in the end… Country folk can survive…
I know how to milk a cow, bottle feed calves, take a chicken from pen to skillet, grow a garden and not a bad shot…
Haha…Thanks for understanding! Me too…not very many girls know how to build fence or move pipe. And just think if I hadn’t been in trouble and grounded all the time, I wouldn’t know how to do a lot of the things it takes to make a farm run! (LOL).
I spent most of my high school career driving a tractor and riding the bus….Hahahaha…I was ALWAYS in trouble!
