Not satisfied with Clinton appointee U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton overruling parts of Arizona’s SB 1070 last Thursday, hundreds of pro-illegals took to the streets of Phoenix, protesting the state’s new immigration law. But they didn’t stop Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Showing that Arizona can take strong steps against illegal immigrants despite the ruling, Sheriff Arpaio began his 17th sweep Thursday, in which his deputies and “posse” volunteers stop people for sometimes minor violations, such as jaywalking, and then check their immigration status. Arpaio said the temporary injunction against SB 1070 will not stop him from driving illegal immigrants from the state. “Nothing is going to deter this sheriff and my office, including rulings by the federal judge,” Arpaio said. “It’s going to be business as usual.”
For that, a Mexican drug cartel is offering a $1 million bounty for the sheriff’s head.

A chilling audio tape with text, circulating by e-mail, has been reported that puts a million dollar price on conservative hero, Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s head. Is it a coincidence that this was reported on the same day that Arizona’s immigration law, SB 1070, became effective?
Though the SB 1070 law that has gone into effect is a gutted version of the real bill, yesterday was also the day that Governor Brewer filed an expedited appeal, vowing to fight all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. Yesterday was also the day that busloads of imported protesters from California chained themselves outside Sheriff Arpaio’s jail.
…In the message, $1M reward is placed on Arpaio’s head, and for mafia cartel recruiting purposes, another $1K to join the cartel.
The information about the tape was provided by a man, frightened enough to request anonymity, who was disgusted when his wife showed him the tape and followed up by reporting it to the sheriff’s office. Death threats aren’t uncommon for law enforcement officers who battle the lawlessness of border states,woefully overwhelmed and understaffed, and Sheriff Joe has had more than a few. This threat is considered real and credible, especially because of its timing.
It is believed this message originated in Mexico. The tape provides an international phone number and investigators are trying to trace the text message. Ms. Allen from the Sheriff’s office is “sure he’s concerned… for his family more than anything else.”
You don’t suppose the same cartels offered money to the administaration and judges to quash the arizona law do you.

Hijack the buses and direct them to the border or worse? It appears that accelerated violence is in the works. Do we need to load up our freedom sticks and join the pushback to get the non-citizens out of here? If the military isn’t going to help out, are we as citizens now called to join the cause?
So many of these ones are already deeply entrenched with some generational family here. They do have jobs, many of them in bilingual positions made available due to the high number of Mexican language speaking people who are in the system already. If the whole lot were somehow magically removed and sent back to Mexico or their originating countries, I daresay that there would be a sizeable whiplash effect. More houses would go vacant, more blight upon the land. It would certainly affect our tax base because Mexicans buy a lot of stuff here, and many of them do the “dirty” jobs, which really, admit it, you or I wouldn’t do. They also bring stuff in that we don’t have here and make it available to us and at a lower price then we could hope for at the local globalist supermarket if they stocked it. We have in fact come to rely on the Mexicans in our area for a lot of different things and I feel that it would negatively impact our area to start a lineup of sorts and rile them up.
Our goiterment has been negligent for years at stopping the illegals at the border and now all of a sudden we’ve got to get them out. Getting them out shouldn’t be the plan, plugging the holes so no more get in would seem to be the smarter choice. We could, as an illegal commits a crime, ship them out one at a time, otherwise, I fear a Mexican revolutionary war coming to a city near you and bloodshed that should’ve never happened with a better plan.
Seriously, if you live near the border, having a weapon and lots of ammo may be a good idea from a safety point of view.

The drug cartels are the ones who are going to start it with their stupid ideas that Americans won’t fight. They will fight and they will prevail, the government be damned.
There is no reason to rely on our government to protect our borders. It is up to the people and believe me, the people will fight. When our stupid government decides to step in, they will side with the Illegals. That will be a mistake and it will cost the United states many good people, militia and military.
